Sang has spent her entire life ignoring them, pretending she could hear them, pretending she could see or feel them, pretending they weren't there to watch her stepmother berate and beat her. Those nine men, those nine men that helped her move on and helped her finally leave her shitty life with her mother.

Alone in a small apartment that somehow hosts all nine ghosts and her, she finally messes up. She hears one of them mention something, something called The Academy, when she looks up. That's when they all realize that she can see them, and maybe, she can help them.
