What's with the weird stigma that being closeted is okay but only if it would be physically unsafe for you to come out? Come out when you want to come out, no matter what the situation is! And if you never want to come out or just have no reason to then that's okay too!
If you think that it would be fine and that nothing would happen to you and that nobody would care, and you still don't want to come out then that's perfectly fine! It's your choice, come out when and if you want to!
On another note, please do not out anyone unless they say it's okay! Even if you "think" that you are doing them a favor or that it'll be easier this way! They will come out when they want to come out! Don't force anyone to come out!
Please do not force yourself to come out! Just because it's "Coming Out Day" or any other lgbt+ special occasion, doesn't mean you should feel pressured or obligated to come out! Come out when you are ready to come out!
