It was the day of my dad's funeral and it's safe to say that I'm physically and mentally prepared for it, but I have to thanks aunt.

Since the incident that happened at classic souls with my sister and August, I haven't heard from either of them.

I honestly wasn't ashamed for how I'd been acting and damn sure wasn't going to apologize for my attitude. I could reach out to her and she can easy ignore me, however when the shoe is on the her foot it's an issue. But, as usual I'm at fault.

As I slipped my feet into my heels, I headed down stairs into the living room of my aunties house and took a seat on the couch.

"Good morning love-bug, are you okay?" My auntie asked pulling me from my thoughts.

"Yes ma'am, how are you this morning?" I asked giving her my full attention.

"I'm here baby girl, I can't complain. I'm blessed. But, your cousin told me what happened a few nights ago with you and your sister. What's that all about?" She questioned looking directly at me.

"It's nothing auntie, I promise." I said honestly, because I was truly unbothered.

"Oh you thought I was asking? Let me rephrase that, TELL ME what's going on between you two." She said more sternly.

Laughing a bit, because I knew she was serious. Taking a deep breath I proceeded to tell her what went down.

After the funeral the family headed over to the banquet hall I rented out for the repast. I was happy to see my family, although it's been many years and we had to meet again under these unfortunate circumstances.

Glancing over the crowd of people I call family I spotted Lee and August as they mingle with a few people. As I made my way through the crowd I headed to the bathroom to clear my mind. Although I had fun seeing my family, tomorrow I fly back out to California and it's back to work I go.

As I sat there in the stall I heard the door to the bathroom open, without checking to see who it was, figuring it's one of my many cousins. I pulled out my phone checking to see if I missed any important calls.

Calling Issa back... he answered on the last ring.

But what through me off was the last thing I was expecting to hear.

"Mmm aaahhhh— dont stoooopp." I heard a female voice moan out.

The only thing I could think of was why the hell would you fuckin answer the phone if you was going to be just disrespectful. Throwing my phone back into my bag, I came out the stall.

"What the fuck?!" I yelled.

Walking back out into the crowd I spotted my auntie. Letting her know I was leaving to pack for my flight early tomorrow morning, I gave her a hug and kiss once she told me she would handle the family. Holding my composure, I headed out of the banquet hall our to my car.
