Will you go to prom with me

I walked back to the table and sat down.

"Alexa you wanna go to prom don't you?" I asked she nodded.

"Well then we're going together." I said.

Vanessa put her head in her hands and Caleb shook his head.

Alexa scoffed "really! Out of all of the ways!" She shook her head.

"Unbelievable." She stood up and walked away.

"Hold up Alexa." Vanessa said running to her rolling her eyes at me.

"What did I do wrong? I just asked."

"It's the way you asked. Come on my uneducated friend I'm going to show you how to ask a girl to prom." I went with him we went to my house.

"Hey mom this is my friend Caleb." She waved.

"So your straight now, your confusing me daughter." My mom said I rolled my eyes.

"What? No I'm just gonna give her ideas on how to ask Alexa to prom since she sucks at it." My mom laughed.

"That sounds about right." We walked to my room.

"Okay so watch this video." I grabbed his phone and saw a couple of people asking their dates to prom.

I smiled "I got an idea I just need your help." He smiled and nodded.

I walked down the hallway in a blue suit Caleb and the dance team had on black ones. Because I can't dance This is going to be super embarrassing.I had the boom box in my hand and walked into the cafeteria where she was.

She had been ignoring me all day she was sitting with Vanessa.

I looked at her and sat the boom box on the table.

"This is for you baby!" I said pointing at her I had my hair slicked back so I know I looked weird.

They played the music and I danced with the dance team as my back up dancers. At the end of the dance they held up and sign that said.

"Go to prom with me!!!" She smiled looking at it.

"So Alexa will you go to prom with me." I said.

She nodded and hugged me.

Vanessa screamed "that was sooo cute."

She hugged Alexa.

I high five Caleb.
