Chapter 6: Does He Like Me?

I wake up feeling great. even though I could of been killed yesterday. I look at my alarm clock its telling me it's 8:20. The only bad thing at this very moment is that the left side of my body is numb due to Reeve lying on me. I couldn't bare to move him he looks so peaceful. Instead I lay still thinking about yesterdays events, I make a list in my head since I couldn't exactly move.
1. Who was the man who almost killed me
2. What did Carla mean when she said that she didn't recognize me
3. What did Mark mean when he said 'hopefully be seeing more of you too Megan, since you know Ree..'

I know Reece what?!
If only Reece didn't push his dad out the door so quickly.
Ohh I have too pee.
I scramble over Reece and run to the bathroom, once their I wash my face and brush me teeth and then.. you know what..
I open the bathroom door to see that the bed was empty, I take a step out of the bathroom and suddenly get seized by the waist

"Holy shit..!!" I screeched

"If you needed to get up princess you should of just said" Reece said while putting his head in to the crook of my neck

"Well I didn't want wake you up because then I would have to hear your voice" I moan, squirming to get out of his grasp when I eventually do, I get back in to bed, Reece shortly follows. He puts his arm around me and pulls me closer, kissing the side of my forehead.

I have no idea what's going on right now? Does Reece like me? He's being a lot more touchy feely now, not that I'm complaining.

We sit in silence just cuddling, it's now 9:40

"So what you doing today sunshine?" Reece finally speaks up

"I think I'm meeting the girls around 12ish but that's all, how?" I ask

"It doesn't matter" He mumbles "Please though princess, please stay safe and keep your phone on you"

"I will, it will be fine Reece" I kiss his cheek this time

About 45 minutes later, I walk him down to the front door and walk him out

"Megan, you know how you said you were going to go meet this girls today? When do you think you will be back?" he asks looking down at his feet

"Probably around 6ish how?"

"Well I was sort of wondering if you wanted to.. erm.. go out on a date" he smiles nervously

"Reece....I...I"

He starts turning around, until I reach out and grab him by the shoulder I turn him round so he is now facing me, staring right at me.

"I'd love to go on a date with you Reece"

He does a massive cheesy grin...What a cutie
and starts walking down the path, when he gets to the pavement he turns around
"Be ready for 8 princess, I'll pick you up then"
He blew me a kiss and then carried on walking.

I walk in to my house still smiling to myself, I lock the door and run up the many stairs. I text the girl's telling them to be here by 12:30 , it's now just coming up too 11, I go for another nice, long shower, when I get out I put on old sweatpants and a baggy old jumper, just after I've finished drying my hair. I hear the door bell ring, I run down the stairs and look through the peep hole just to make sure it was actually Zara and Jess, which thankfully it was.

"Hey Megs, where's the folks and Zack?" Zara asks

"my parents are way on some trip somewhere with their friends and Zacks away on a football trip" I say while I throw myself on to my sofa

"So what were you doing yesterday then you weren't answering our calls" Jess asks

I realize I'm going to have to tell them everything
