Kaya pa 'to ni Sana.

Well, she's hoping so bad not to fall unconsciously on the dark streets while walking home. Her eyes were already heavy as her thoughts were going blank. She didn't even wore a scarf or a jacket to cover herself and that makes the situation worse. She needs to find a place where a heater could be found, immediately.

And luckily for her, she stumbled upon the convenience store.

Pumasok si Sana sa convenience store at nakita niyang walang katao-tao except the sleeping cashier boy. Tahimik siyang kumuha ng biskwit at fresh milk sabay pumunta agad sa counter para bayaran ito.

"Uh, hello, babayaran ko na po. . ." mahinang sabi ni Sana habang dali-dali namang gumising ang antok na antok na cashier boy at kinuha ang mga items ni Sana. Pagkatapos non ay binayaran na niya at pumunta sa isang table sa dulo.

Her mind was on a mess, probably because of her killer work shift which was from 4 pm to 12 am. Wala naman masyadong gagawin si Sana the rest of the day but to just sleep, since maaga siyang nag-graduate ng college at naka-settle naman siya dito sa Korea. She left Japan when she was only 17 because of her parents' dangerous living there. May nagbabanta kasi sa buhay ng mga magulang ni Sana noong mga panahon na 'yon kaya napag-isipan nilang ipadala nalang ito sa Korea, luckily, Sana could cope up with the dialect here since she's multilingual anyways.

She joined Girlfriend Hotline when she was 18 after niyang na-basted kay Kim Dahyun, her former apartment mate and friend. Mas lalo pang lumala ang mga bagay-bagay noong nalaman niyang ka-trabaho niya din pala si Dahyun. But fortunately, Sana had her group mates as her best friends, including Dahyun. She was really happy when she found out that their group leader is Japanese too, kaya ayun, magka-sundo silang dalawa ni Momo.

Since then, Sana's life here in Korea isn't all about bums and bumps anymore, dahil may mga kaibigan na siyang masasandalan in times of joy and trouble and whatsoever. Masaya naman si Sana sa kanyang buhay at trabaho kahit mahirap dito sa Korea, but something's missing and even she herself doesn't know what it is.

As soon as she was already sipping from her fresh milk, a tall girl in a black hoodie and white pants entered the convenience store in a flash, which made Sana turn to see who it is. Itinanggal ng babae ang kanyang hood at nakita na ni Sana ang mukha nito. Maganda pero may pagka-taray ang itsura. Ang lakas din ng datingan nito kahit naka-hoodie at pantalon lang. The tall girl grabbed lots of chips and drinks which made Sana curious. Bakit ang dami namang binili nito? Midnight snack? Slumber party?

Sana got bored and grabbed her phone and earphones instead. She inserted her earphone on both of her ears and started to listen to her favorite music, on full volume.

Meanwhile, the tall girl went to the cashier whilst the cashier boy grabbed her items.

"Uy, Wonwoo oppa! Antok na antok ka na ah?" sabi ng matangkad na babae habang napa-tapik naman siya sa balikat ng cashier boy na Wonwoo pala ang pangalan. Napa-tingin naman si Wonwoo habang nanlaki ang kanyang mga mata nang makita ang napaka-familiar na mukha ng matangkad na babae.

"Ikaw pala 'yan, Tzuyu! Oo, antok na ako haha, pero trabaho pa rin. . ." malakas na sagot ni Wonwoo habang napa-tapik din siya sa balikat ni Tzuyu. Unfortunately, Sana didn't heard their conversation because of her loud music. She kept on sipping on her fresh milk while listening to a song on full volume.

"Bakit pala ang dami ng binili mo?" tanong ni Wonwoo, "Ah, midnight snack namin ng mga apartment mates ko. . ." sagot ni Tzuyu habang inabot na sa kanya ni Wonwoo ang dalawang malalaking paper bag na punong-puno ng mga chichirya at inumin. Kumaway naman sina Tzuyu at Wonwoo sa isa't isa habang naglakad nang mabagal si Tzuyu palabas ng convenience store. But someone caught her eye before going out completely. . .

That girl who is sitting on the table, with her earphones on while sipping on fresh milk.

Napa-tingin nang maigi si Tzuyu sa babaeng nakita niya. Hindi niya ito kilala but the girl's charm is really strong. Not long after, napa-tingin din sa kanya si Sana which made her sprint outside the convenience store, making Sana take her earphones off and look around curiously. Bakit pala naka-tingin sa kanya yung magandang babae? Baka sabaw na sabaw din siguro.

Sana sipped her fresh milk until it was already empty and stood up from the table to leave. She walked to her apartment block as fast as she could because she's really sleepy, like, really really sleepy.
