- Starts to overthink about his/her failure to stop being paranoid
3. Staying awake late at night
a. For normal people
- Insomnia due to unhealthy sleeping habits or consuming specific substances
- Using gadgets
b. For those with mental illness
- Insomnia due to depression, anxiety, or other mental disorders
- Using gadgets to distract self from negative thoughts
4. Perfectionism
a. For normal people
- Strict
- If things didn't go according to plan, or not set properly, they can get over with it

- An obsession; a way to cope up with anxiety or other mental disorders
- If things didn't go according to plan, or not set properly, it will haunt them for hours, day, weeks, months, or even years
5. Clingy
a. For normal people
- Just touchy
- Loves that person
- Possessive
b. For those with mental illness
- Touchy or not
- Needs to feel loved
- Dependent
6. Sensitive
a. For normal people
- Gets hurt
- Forgets about it
- Moved on

- It's already hours and days ago but still thinks about it
- The memory will cling until who-knows-when
7. Wants to be alone
a. For normal people
- Problematic
- Introvert
- Will do something
- Wants privacy
- Wants silence

- Always problematic
- Introvert or not
- Will do nothing
- It can be because of privacy, but truly, it is because they just simply want [really need] to be alone
- Wants silence but the mind just can't stop throwing and catching thoughts, tossing them again and again and again, like a juggler expert at keeping things moving in the air
8. Depression
a. For normal people
- Sad for a specific reason
- Very sad
- Super duper sad
- Gets over with it after a good joke or experience
- Will be sad again but for different reason; barely with the same reason
- Needs to talk to someone
b. For those [who really have depression] with mental illness
- There could be a reason, but for most, sadness comes spontaneously, meaning NO CAUSE/REASON AT ALL
- Very sad is an understatement
- Super duper sad won't do it either
- Good joke or good experience won't do longlasting cure
- Will be sad again for a specific/same [no] reason [at all]
- Needs to talk to someone and also to a psychiatrist/psychologist
9. "Gusto ko ng mamatay!"

- Overreacting / overacting
b. For those with mental illness
- Tired of everything
- Never will it be overreacting or overacting
10. Mental Illness
a. For normal people
- A joke
- Thinks it can be cured easily
- Compares to normal physical illness
- Thinks it was rather a "phase" of life
b. For those with mental illness
- A serious problem
- Thinks it can never be cured
- Mental illness also affects the physical body
- Thinks that they will never get away with this "phase"
