Eric's POV

I silently watch the beutiful woman in my arms sleep. I didn't realize how flawless she really was up close. I couldn't help but pull her tightly close to me.

Half of her body was lying on top of me as her left leg suddenly wrapped itself around my abdomen, I couldn't help but let out a groan. Her skin on mine causes a bolt of cold electric wires running through my blood and veins, causing me to be alert and more daze at the same time.

I bent down and captured her pink blush lips in a kiss. She let out a silent sigh as I took that as an advantage and devour her mouth. She was awake when I pulled back, my lips itching to kiss hers again. But I stopped doing so because I needed to breathe.

Her eyelids flutters open as those warm hazel eyes stare at me confusingly. Nothing more turns me on than the way her swollen lips was set in a cute pout as she eyes me intently.

I stared back at her as her fingers came up and tangled itself in the depths of my hair. I just love it when she does that. I close my eyes as I let out a sigh, loving the way her fingers softly massages my skull.

"Eric" She whispers.

I opened my eyes and was disappointed when she pulled back and got off of the bed and ran both of her hands over her face. She looks frustrated and confuse.

"I'll be downstairs in the kitchen making your breakfast." She says, her voice strain.

She walked out before I could say anything. I sat there feeling mad and confuse. Mad because she's obviously ignoring me and confuse because I don't know why she's ignoring me.

I was never ignored before, but now that a woman who has done nothing but made me want her more made me realize that being ignored isn't a nice feeling at all. I quickly got out of bed and ran after her.

She was going to step down the first stair when I grabbed her arm and turned her around. She was shock when she saw that it was me.

"You're ignoring me." I went straight to the point as I held her eyes.

A pang of hurt filled me as she removed her hand from mine. I felt rejected. It was the first time I was ever being rejected and I never thought that this day would ever come. I covered it up with a straight face as I waited for a reply.

"So what if I am?" She questions, her eyes fierce with fire and challenge.

She's a real beauty with so much energy in her little perfect body.

"And why are you ignoring me?" I asked, folding my arms in front of my chest, realizing that I wasn't wearing a shirt.

Her eyes went to my bare chest as she quickly looks away and tugged a strand of her hair in the back of her ear.

"Isn't it obvious? Eric, I'm not some booty call or one of your many other women who you just wish to grab and just kiss." She answers, her eyes never wavering.

But she isn't. Tell her that!

My mind responded in a quick response, caughting me off guard. I wasn't expecting that answer. It came so strong and so sure.

I only want Esperonza. I wanted her physically, her body, that was for sure. I didn't know how to answer to that.

"This isn't right Eric. I mean you're with someone else, and I don't want to be that kind of woman whose blame for being a homewrecker. I promised you last night that I'll accompany you to Daniel and Caitlin's wedding, and I'll keep my word." She says, her face blank from any emotions.
