Carlos: You knew that your family would love Carlos. He loved and respected you, so you knew they'd make him feel welcome in the family. Even though you were sure of it, Carlos wasn't. You kept reassuring him that everything would be fine, but he continued to shift in his seat as you drove to the restaurant. You were meeting your parents at a sweet little Italian restaurant you knew both Carlos and your dad liked. As you arrived, you and Carlos were greeted warmly by your mum and dad. You could immediately tell that both of your parents already loved Carlos, and he was definitely less worried. By the end of the night, your parents farewelled you as you and Carlos walked hand in hand to the car.
"That wasn't so bad, what was I even worried about?" Carlos said with a smile.
James: Your parents had been wanting to meet James for a while now. You'd been dating for a few months and he'd been eager to meet them. You finally agreed to meet both of them at the coffee house by your apartment complex. Your parents arrived first and James arrived soon after. You couldn't help but smile as your mum and dad both conversed with James. You didn't even mind that they were paying more attention to him than their own daughter. You were just pleased they didn't hate him. At the end of your time together, your parents both nudges you, showing their approval. Once your parents left the coffee house, James turned to you and smiled smugly.
"Well... they love me!"
Kendall: Kendall had already met your parents, and they absolutely adored him. It wasn't so much your parents you were worried about, it was your older sister. She had extremely high standards for her baby sister and you knew that. That's why when she asked Kendall to go shopping with her to find you a present for your upcoming birthday, you were worried. Kendall didn't seem phased by the sudden interest in him, he thought you were overreacting.
"I'll be fine (Y/N)." he told you, kissing your cheek as he left to meet with your sister. After a few nervous hours, Kendall finally returned home with your sister. At first you were worried, until you heard them laughing and having a wonderful time. You walked in to greet them when Kendall kissed your cheek, walking by you to get your sister a glass of water. Once you were alone, she smiled.
"He's a keeper (Y/N)." she smiled proudly.
Logan: You actually originally met Logan through your brother. Since they already knew each other, you weren't worried about your mum meeting him. From what you and your brother had told her, Logan sounded like the perfect guy. Reluctantly, your mum agreed to meet Logan. It wasn't that she didn't want to, it was that she wanted you to be completely happy first. You were waiting at home with your mum for Logan and your brother to arrive.
"I'm worried mum.." you admitted. She rubbed your back.
"I'm sure everything will be fine sweetheart." she comforted you. You knew as soon as he walked through the door that your mum like him. He complemented her home, her daughter, her son and especially her. She was extremely flattered and couldn't believe how well mannered he was. You couldn't help but chuckle at her compliments to him before he left. As soon as he was gone, your mum turned to you.
"He's wonderful love, you made a good choice." she smiled happily, proud of her daughters choice.
