-raises an eyebrow and is a bit confused
-Richie would have to tell him "dude she's checking you out"
-he'd blush and look back at you, not smiling but kind of awkwardly making eye contact

-smiles at you
-if he gets the chance to talk to you he will
-waves and chuckles, thinks its cute

-you'd literally have to tell him
-he'd get nervous from the stares though, thinking theres something on his face
