Why you break up: he was being a little extra grumpy, for a few weeks and you'd had enough. He'd push you away and refuse to talk and snap at you. You broke up with him since it was getting on your nerves and you never saw him smile anymore
When: about five 1/2 months into dating
His reaction: surprised, but when he thinks about it he sees why you did it. He cries after he goes home and pulls at his hair, pacing back and forth in tears. His OCD kicks in and he feels sick. He'll be moody and even more rude then he was before. He won't talk to anyone and when he does he'll yell. He keeps up this cycle until Richie points out (y/n) is what really made him happy.
When you make up: He goes over to his house, gripping the bottom of his shirt and shakily knocking at the door. When you answer, obviously not happy to see him he explains he was acting that way because he was nervous for his Bat Mitzvah and he'd been studying way too hard. He didn't mean to treat you like that and he'd never do it again. Then he says the first "I love you" and you make up
