Chapter 20

Auxdener(P.O.V.)

~Three days before the full moon's appearance..

I placed the chocolate bars inside the paperbag. I am going to give this one to Wis. Me and Domie needed to leave the camp for three days, for we are going to shift in our wolf forms when the full moon appears, and we don't want to scare anyone in the camp, especially her.

I sealed the paperbag and went outside, heading to her room. When I reached her room, I slowly opened the door, making sure that she will not be awake. I placed it on the side of her bed. I went to her and kissed her forhead.

"I love you, Wis. I'll promise i'll come back." I whispered to her and slowly leave to her room.

It's weekdays, and it means it's training time. I jumped out of my bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I slid down my training clothes after and headed to the gym. We are going to have a one on one battle at the gym today.

I jogged through the field, heading to the gym. When I reached the gym, everyone was there. James was standing inside the ring, talking. He stared at me, frowning.

"You're late." He said.

Everyone stared at me.

"As I said earlier, we are going to have one on one battle. There will be no consequences. We just want to know if all of you are totally ready to become one of us."

"So let's start. First two fighters, Mark and Wis."

I slowly walked through the crowd and stepped inside the ring as well as Mark. He positioned himself and so do I. I smirked on what movements he was showing me. This one will be a one knock out for me.

He run to me and lift his right hand to punch me, but I turned to dodge it and have my chance to kick him on his legs, causing him to fall on the ground.

He stand up and positioned himself again.

"Is that the only thing you can do?" He asked me, boastfully. And I know it will turn to fanfaronade after I win this fight.

"No, I can also do this." I said to him as I moved away his hands that were protecting his face and punched him on his jaw, causing him to whimper in pain. And before he could throw punches at me, I kicked his abdomen and he fall on the ground.

"Winner, Wis!" James said, gesturing his hand to me.

They all cheered as I went out of the ring.

After the training, I went to my room to take a shower and slid a shirt and ripped jeans after.

I went to the garden and saw Marthin, planting flowers.

"Hey Marthin, mind if I help you with that?" I asked.

"Of course, I would be happy to have your help." He beamed.

I kneeled and he gave me a pair of gloves. After wearing it, he gave me a young flower.

"Here, just put it on one of the holes and cover it with soil. Make sure that you sprinkled enough water on it, to moisten the soil." He said

"So, easy." I said.

"By the way, how's life?" He asked me.

"It's fine. We just had a one on one battle today."

"Oh I see. Can I ask you something?" He said.

I nodded in response.

"Why do you fight? I mean what's this camp for?"

I leaned closer to him.

"Promise me that you won't tell anyone."

He nodded.

"We train to defeat rogues."

"Rogues? What are they?"

"They were vampires, who were living in the earth for centuries. They send us a warning, telling that they would attack us anytime, that's why we are training hard to defeat them."

"So what are you planning to do?" He asked.

"Hundreds of tri-daggers, guns and silver knives were hidden on the basement. We are going to use them when rogues step on this place. And also.."

"Also what?" He asked.

"There were invisible silver strings tied on each of the trees at the forest so that we don't need to worry defeating them all."

"How does the invisible silver string work?"

I sighed.

"This strings cannot be seen, so it means if you step on it, you will be shredded into pieces."

I can't believe that I had just revealed our plans to Marthin. But i'm sure that he won't tell it to anyone. I trust him.

After helping Marthin planting, I gave the gloves that I borrowed and went inside the palace.

I jogged upstairs, heading to my room. I jumped on my bed and stared at the ceiling. I remembered the chocolates that Auxdener gave me. So I reached for the paperbag at my desk and open one of it.

This is heaven. I really love chocolates. It helps me to think and be active.

I turned on the tv and watch the talk show that was now showing.

"So what can you suggest to the girls that are watching right now?

Girls, if you really love that man, go for it. Tell him about what you are feeling with him. It's better to reveal it with him than to keep it in yourself.

Thank you, Annie. Thank you for everyone who are watching right now. Hoped you find your true love."

I turned off the tv and went to open the glass door and stepped outside the balcony. The sun is nowhere to be seen.

I missed Auxdener already, then I remembered the talk show. Annie was right. I should've told him about my feelings for him.

"That's right. Tell him about your feeling for him.

You're here again huh? I thought I have lose you already.

Of course you won't lose me. I will always be living inside you.

Tss. Good for you."

Having this stupid brain will lead me into a great danger.

Being crazy.

I sighed and stepped inside my room. I decided to go to Lara for I am too bored staying in my room. When I reached her door, I quickly opened it and gasped at what I saw.

Lara is on top of Nathan, kissing.

"Hmm..hmm.hmm.." I said, while crossing my arms to my chest.

They both stopped and Lara moved away from Nathan.

"Can someone tell me what's going on?"
