Chapter Fifty Eight

"Sorry I'm late Sir, stranded in traffic" as I said and he just gave me a glare

"Always late Ms. Galura, nothing's change" as he said and began to smile and I gave him a smile a well

"It's Dr. Guevarra now, Sir. You know I have to keep my identity as Althea Guevarra"

"I know . . And I'm still grateful that you accepted my offer even though you're being in low profile . ."

"Well you know I can't say no for you" as I said and we just laughed together.

We had a few conversation while walking me to the room that was goven to me. He did instruct me to stay put upon going in since he is going to introduce me in surprise. After waiting for a couple of minutes he did open the door and let me in the as soon as I got in everyone wa shocked to see me.

"This is your new Professor for this class . . I know everyone wants to take a picture with her, but tou can do it later after the class okay?" As he said and that made me chuckle

"Good luck Dr. Guevarra" as he said before leaving and when he left I just chuckled especially seeing the excitement of my students

"Okay settle down . . I know you're all glad to see me but first let me introduce myself properly . . Even though you all know me" as I said and everyone just chuckled

I grab a marker in the pocket of my coat and write my name in the board and then everyone is actually laughing upon seeing what I wrote.

"Yes . . That is what you all are going to call me . . Prof. Thea . . Not Ms. Guevarra, not Dr. Althea, but Prof. Thea, are we clear?" as I said loud and clear and they just answered in unison

"Yes Mam! . ."

"What did I said?! . ." As I faked being mad

"Yes Prof Thea . ." As they said and I just chuckled

"Okay that's better . . Settle down now and I'm going to check your attendance . . Since this is the first day . . So please correct me if my pronounciation ia quite wrong . ." As I said and began to open the folder that Dr. Penelope gave me and start calling their surname, and first name.

"Lucas, Anthony. That's a quite name, that's Dr. Penelope's first name" as I said and the person I called just chuckled

"Yes Prof, he did mentioned that to me when I became his student back whwn we were first years. He said I should do great because I'm carrying his name" as he said and that made me chuckle remiscing my first encounter with Dr. Penelope in Oxford University.

"Well he really is a terror and quite serious all the time, but once you know him he is just like a father. I remember back then when I was his student . . He gave me this advice that I kept for so long . . Do what you have to do. To survive . . That's his famous line . . And I hope you all do the same . . ." As I stared at the whole class and they just nod their head

"Okay enough with the drama . . Let's continue shall we? . ." And I began to continue

"Montecarlo, James Patrick . . Are you somehow related to the city Montecarlo? . . Just kidding" as I said and the student that I called just smirked

"So which do you prefer? James or Patrick?"

"I prefer JP, Mam . ."

"Excuse me?! . ." As I raised my eyebrow and he realized what he just said

"I mean Prof . . I prefer JP, Prof Thea" and he gave me a shy smile

"Minus five in our first quiz!" As I said and he began to react

"What?! . . I didn't do anything! . ." And that made me laughed seeing how scared he is

"That's just a joke . . You may take your sit . . You're too serious" then I gave them a smile and look at the folder again.

"Next is . . Navutzki . . Denisse . . Ow, a Navutzki . . Are you somehow related to Dr. Connor Rowley Navutzki? . . The famous Biochemistry Doctor of the Mercury Lab Corp.?" As I asked and keep on searching the students

"Ms. Navutzki? . . Are you there? . ." As I asked and when someone raised her hand I began to release a smile knowing that she is here

"Ow good you're here . ." As I said, but I can't see her face because she is wearing a cap

"Can you please stood up and take off your Cap, so that I can see your face" as I said and I notice that she did tooked off her Cap in my peripheral view since I looked again in the folder because it made me curious that she is a Navutzki.

"Again Ms. Navutzki . . Are you somehow related to Dr. Connor Navutzki? . ." As I asked and when I lift my head and looked at her it made me paralyzed seeing who Denisse Navutzki really is.

"Yes Prof . . . He is actually my Father . . . Prof . ."

And it made me questioned my mind in seeing her again. The person I never knew I'd see again.
