I woke up. Vic was gone. I have to admit, I was a little freaked out I mean it's only like the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed the night here.

'I should probably go look for him' I thought to myself, getting untangled from the blankets.

I walked down stairs and noticed something... It was quiet...a little bit too quiet.

"Vic?!" I called out. "Victor?!"

I pushed open the kitchen door.

My jaw dropped and my hand covered my mouth. I was in tears and ran over to Vic. He was laying on the floor in a pool of blood.

"Vic!!" I cried out "What the hell happened?!"

I picked up the top of his body and held him in my arms.

"Vic baby, please wake up!! Show me you're okay! Do something!!!" I sat there scared of what was going to happen.

Is he unconscious? Was he dead? My one true love. I didn't know what to do.

I heard laughter. A male laugh and a female laugh.

"Look at her 'my one true love! Blah blah blah'! Bullshit! Hahah!" That voice was all too familiar.

Alex.

"She's so pathetic!" The female voice said.

Her voice too sounded familiar bit I couldn't even think if it.

I shot right up. Tears in my eyes, gasping for air.

"Baby? what's wrong?" Vic's raspy voice asked as he sat up setting his hand on my back.

"Vic." I smiled "I had a bad dream. That's all."

"Don't worry, I'm right here with you." Vic wrapped his arms around me and we laid back down to finish sleep.
