forget it.

I think people often try to
rebuilt the things
that were already destroyed
like they would
hold on to something
that simply doesn't exist anymore

but we're too weak
maybe too strong
to leave our past,
to leave mistakes behind

-ironically
cause that should really be the easiest part
of it all

but I can't leave you
I won't forget you
and
try to erase you out of my memories

that's just not my style
