I held out the last note until I couldn't anymore. I sighed and smiled. I opened my eyes back up and stared out of the window. I noticed in the reflection Saeran was awake and staring at me. I turned around and smiled at him.

"Sorry if I woke you up." I said, "I couldn't help myself." He didn't say anything just lied there. I turned back around and stared back out of the window.
"There are a lot of clouds out today." I said with a smile, "It's a beautiful day today, dont ya think?" I didn't get an answer, not like I was expecting one.
"Sorry that I'm late. I woke up a few hours ago. I woke up with a fever. Saeyoung thinks it's because I haven't been changing the bandages to my abdomen, I don't know though." I sighed,
"He tried to get me to stay home today. He let me come but I only have an hour. Sorry." I said as I rubbed the back of my neck. He didn't say anything, just stared at me.
"I'll go into the corner if I'm bothering you." I said. He didn't respond. "Do you want the window open?" he didn't say anything, just watched me. I stood up, which sent a wave of pain through my stomach. I ignored it and opened the window. I took a deep breath of the fresh air.
"Are you hungry? Have you eaten?" He still didn't say anything.
"Do you want me to go grab you something to eat?" He still didn't answer.
"Hospital food sucks... Maybe I could go grab something from a vending machine..." I turned back around and looked at Saeran, "It won't be very nutritious but it's 10x better than the food they give here. How about it?" I said with a smile. He still didnt say anything. I walked over to the door.
