"Hey Roonil! What're you thinking mate?" Thanks mate.

"Well you see Ron, uhm, er, do you think there's a place, where erm, I can get a tattoo in Diagon Alley?" I asked him.

"Well yes. Not being a bad boy eh mate"

No I'm not. Just wanted to....

"Well I wanted to get a tattoo, you know, after the war, when I saw Hermione's mudblood scar, I just want to, er, you know"

"No, I get it. Bloody hell, took you long enough" He smiled at me. I'm lucky to have a best mate like him.

"Come on, let's go!" He's the one who's more excited

| Next Day |

"Harry James Evans Potter let me see it!"

I stand back and back away, but being stubborn as she is, well, she got a hold on my left arm and saw it, my tattoo

"Goodluck mate" Ron smirked as he left us here at the common room.

Hermione looked well, surprised.

"Harry, I- I, how- why?" She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

"Well, er- you see, it is just some thanks for what you did, you save my life countless times, I appreciate all of the things you did"

It's more than that to me, really. Hermione's mouth hung open.

"Careful, you'll get flies dear"

"Harry, y-you don't have to" she hugged me tight that would make Hagrid proud

"But I want to, it's the same size as yours"

"Oh, Harry! I'll be forever thankful for this. I thought no one will ever appreciate what I have done, both here in the wizarding and muggle world" she said in muffled voice

"Hermione, look at me. You are important here, in both wizarding and muggle world. Without you I'm nothing, remember that"

She cried. You're so important to me Hermione, remember that.

"And also, tell me if anyone insults you about your blood status, I'll give them something to make them regret what they told you." I winked at her

"God, why are you so sweet and adorable Potter" she chuckled and hugged me again

"Yeah. Wait what?"

She just chuckled, and rest her head on my chest while staring at my tattoo and her scar.....
