Chapter 22~ Unvarnished Truth

Pain is weakness leaving the body. I told myself, This is for Saeyoung and Saeran. What happens to me doesn't matter. I looked over to see Saeyoung open the door. I dragged him into his new home and placed him down. I grabbed a hold of my sleeve and tore it off. I forced the man's jaw open and put the fabric into his mouth. I pulled it tight and tied it. I dragged him to the darkest corner of the room. I pulled out one of the handcuffs and handcuffed him. I straightened my posture. I hissed at my stomach but ignored it for the most part. I walked back out of the cell, passing by Saeyoung who was very quiet... For him.

"Come on, we got to get back into the cell." I said as I walked back. Saeyoung silently followed behind me. Once he walked into the cell I shut the door as quietly as I could. I looked over to see Saeyoung just sitting there. I walked over and sat down next to him.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He didn't answer. I started to wave my hands infront of his face. "Hello~! Earth to Saeyoung!"

"Hmm?" he asked as he snapped back to reality."

"You spaced out."

"...oh.... Sorry." He said. I sighed.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Do you think I'm that stupid?" I asked, "You're not very good at hiding when your sad." I chuckled. "Talk to me."

".... Remember Rika?" he asked. I nodded, "Well... It turns out she's alive."

"What?"

"Yeah, and she's the head of Mint Eye."

"Oh..."

"I can't believe this... I really thought she was dead but after all those years it turns out she was alive." I stayed silent. "V lied... Again. Not only to me but to the whole RFA. All of us thought she was gone, but she wasn't." He looked at me dead into my eyes. "Please, (Y/n), promise me, if something is bothering you, the smallest thing, tell me." Saeyoung said, "Please..."

"...I promise." I said. Right as I said that I heard footsteps. "Quick, put your hands behind your back." I said as I stood up a little too fast. I almost fell but managed to catch myself. I walked back to my corner and said down. I put my hands behind my back and shut my eyes partially.

What the hell? I asked myself as the door opened up.

"What..." Saeyoung asked. I looked over to see ... V.

What the hell is he doing here? I asked myself. He coughed as he walked into the cell. The man who brought him down shut the cell door. He started to walk away when he stopped and stared.

"Weren't there three of you?!" He shouted. "I must go and tell the Savior, she needs to know." he said as he ran away. Once he was gone Saeyoung immediately stood up.

"What the hell are you doing here?" He asked. I stood up as well. V looked over to me.

"(2/n), how's your injury?"

"It's okay..." I sighed.

"She just woke up, thanks to you." Saeyoung hissed.
