Dirty Thoughts

I walked into the coffee shop and took my usual seat. I bet he is just gonna call and cancel again. The door opened and I looked up to see a tall guy walk in and go to the front of the line. Not Jon. I watched as the guy came back with a coffee and sat at the table in front of me, facing me.

I looked down at my hands and played with my band braclets and hummed Love isn't always fair by black veil brides to myself. I looked up at the guy with my eyes and I have to admit, he was hot. His hair was black and came down to his chin. He had a silver lip ring and green and black gages. He looked up at me from his phone and I looked away quickly.

I took my phone and ear buds out of my pocket and put my music on. I put one of my ear buds in and listened to the conversations people were having. I looked up from my phone to see the guy staring at me. At that moment I notice his eyes were an electric green. They were hypnotizing.

I closed my eyes and images of the guy pushing me against  the wall as we were kissing popped into my mind. Ember, you idiot, you have a boyfriend. Suddenly my phone started ringing and I immediately new who it was. I answered the phone and my boyfriends apologetic voice started.

(Phone call below her him)

Hey babe, I'm sorry but I'm stuck in a meeting.

What happened this time Jon?

The sales went up on the hover boards. The boss wants me to stay and help push the prices up.

OK babe, will you at least be home tonight?

It depends on how long the meeting lasts.

Anger suddenly flushed threw me.

You know what Jon. You cancel every date we have planned and leave me untouched. I can't stand it. Don't be surprised if me or my stuff isn't there when you get home.

I felt a tear slip down my cheek. I loved him but he hasn't loved me in a long time. I can't love someone that doesn't love me.

I thought you loved me? Were are you gonna go?
