Harry Potter- A Book 8

Starting Hogwarts..........

Everyone was seated in the great hall at their respective tables many older students in slytherin were missing, the sorting had just finished, and Professor McGonagall stood up a walked to the podium to make a speech”

“Welcome to Hogwarts, now first, rules: no magic in the corridors, no wondering around after curfew, no entering the forbidden forest”

McGonagall glimpsed at where Hermione, Ron and Harry were sitting ,

“Second the new head boy and head girl is Mr Ron Weasley and Ms Hermione Granger “ a applause was sent around the room,

“Next, the quidditch  captions are                                                               

Mr Harry Potter for Gryffindor,

Mr (Insert name)  for Ravenclaw

Ms (need a name)  for Hufflepuff

And Draco Malfoy for Slytherin”

Everyone applauded the quidditch captains,

“McGonagall had no more respect for Malfoy” Hermione whispered to Harry and Ron

“What do you mean?” Ron whispered not being a very observant person

“McGonagall didn’t say Mr before his name he needs to up his game”

In the common room everone was slowly going to bed after pigging out at the feast, but lots of students were still hanging aroung harry and asking him lots of questions:

“is it true that you had possession of the elder wand , whose was it before you , did yiou kill that person to get it, what have you done to it,” and many more private questions like that,”Is it true you dumped Ginny so because you were having an affair with romilda vane, did you get back together because she is just head over heels for you, is she really just wrapped around your finger is she just another one of your fans?”

Harry lost it at this point and spoke up:

“I didn’t dump Ginny…well I put her safety first Voldemort wanted torcher me as much has he could he knew I didn’t have any of my blood family left, but he knew I had friends, that can be named family to me I wanted to protect them, to protect her.. it pained me to know that she was so close to getting hurt because Ginny is a part of my heart she is wrapped around my finger as much as I’m wrapped around hers”

He moved closer to Ginny

 “And I would do anything to protect her from harm even if it’s the last thing I do” he turned back to the now quiet Gryffindor common room

“So stick your nose out of other people’s business and be thankful we live in a save world with no regrets!”

After his speech everyone went quietly back to their own things and Ginny came to Harry 

“What did I do to deserve you?” she whispered,

Harry lightly pecked her lips,

“Everything” he whispered,

And they had a make out session until Ron said

“Is that Romilda Vane and Dean Thomas?”

Harry and Ginny looked to where Ron was looking and saw Romilda and Dean having a very disturbing, heated, make out session,

“I think I’m going to gag” Ginny murmed,

I’m put out, I’m going to bed” Harry mumbled and giving Ginny one last kiss he headed up to the boys dormitories

Classes had started but still Harry, Ron and Hermione weren’t left alone even Ginny would be threatened to answer question but the loyal person she was she kept her mouth zipped,

One night Harry had been called to McGonagall’s office, along with Ron, Ginny and Hermione,

“A little birdy told me that you have been verbally abused frequently”

They all slightly nodded,

“And this has been mostly in the common room and rarely on the corridor, the trio nodded but Ginny looked around uncomfortably,

Harry peeked at Ginny to see what was wrong but then he saw a mark on Ginny cheek which looked like it had healed but was somehow recent,

“Ginny what happened to your face?”

“ I umm I ran into the umm wooping willow….”

Sure you did now what really happened to your face “Harry asked,

Ginny sighed and answered.

“I was walking to charms class and was pulled back by my hair I turned around to punch the person in the face, but I was pushed to the ground and Pansy gashed me in the cheek but Neville found me and helped me to the hospital wing Madame Pomfrey cleaned me up has much has she could and I made Neville swear that he wouldn’t… tell you guys”

Ginny explained her head down, in and ashamed way Harry crouched in front of her stool and lifted her chin with his finger,

“Ginny you know you have to tell me if something happens, you can tell me and use a spell on me to make sure I don’t run after them”

Ginny cracked a smile at this,

McGonagall cleared her throat harry and Ginny turned back to her their faces turning a little red, harry went back to his seat,

“Anyway as I was saying I can’t do much about this situation except hand out detentions but; if it’s alright with Mr Weasley and Ms Granger why don’t Harry and Ginny move in with you guys that way it will be a miniature common room complete with Gryffindor hangings and separate girls and boys dormitories” McGonagall explained

The four of them nodded eagerly

“Well then Ms Weasley Mr Potter your belongings await you in your new common room now come along curfew is going to end soon then again I don’t think curfew is in your vocabulary” McGonagall murmered,

They all smiled goofy-like  at the old women

“Hey professor, “harry started,

“How did you know that we were getting ‘torched’ with people asking questions and all that

“You don’t think the portraits around the castle are there for show do you”

They walked to their own common room on the seventh floor,

“What’s the password” harry asked,

“Mischief managed” Ron answered proudly,

They all laughed going into the common room

“I love the portrait in front of the door” Ginny admired,

“I know such a great picture” agreed Hermione

They went outside to see the picture again

Near the bottom in gold writing was:

“It does do to dwell on dreams and forget to live”

I knowwwwww i havent uploaded for a lonnggggggg time sorry i was busy with semester exams and things like that my school takes them siriusly, im in year 7 for crying out louad anyway can you guess what the portrait is for hermione, ron ginny and harry's common romm place, frist person to guess correctly gets the next dedication (clue its not a person its a large tall object..... gud luk)
