Salamander can SING?

Talent Show

*Lucy POV*
Lucy including team Natsu had just finished yet another job request. Natsu, of course, headed straight to the bar to order a delicious dish made from the white-haired she-devil, Mirajane. While Erza sat a couple seats away to order a strawberry cake. I, on the other hand, sat down at one of the tables in the Fairy Tail guild hall to think about how many months the jewels I got from the job can cover up for my rent. I turned after I heard a loud bang across the guild.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY FLAME BRAIN!!"
"YOU HEARD ME POPSICLE STICK!!"
"WEARS MY SHIRT!!"
"I DONT HAVE YOUR SHIRT!!"
-BANG-
"Grey...Natsu... If you keep fighting... I will tear off both your arms and hang them like Christmas decorations. Do I make myself clear? Erza said with an evil glare that even sent a shiver down my spine.
"Yes, Ezra!" Natsu and Grey say at the same time bowing their heads in apology to not make Erza even angrier.
After a while of chatting with fellow members of the guild hall, a loud announcement was about to take place as Master Makarov stood up on the bar and cleared his voice to get the attention of the guild. After everyone was silent he continued his announcement.
"As you all know tomorrow will be June 1st"
A loud cheer was made through the guild members. Erza had to yell at them to be quite so he could continue.
"Tomorrow there will be a Talent show taking place right here at 2:00 pm. And for all the new Fairy Tail members​ I will explain the rules. Rule number one: Your act shall not injure any living being. Second rule: Your act can only be no longer then 5 min each. Rule number three: Have fun!" After the announcement, Master Macorav jumped off the table and proceeded to his office to finish his paperwork from all the damage we caused from the last war (which explains the dark circles under his eyes).
Everyone cheered in excitement and started to discuss what they were going to be doing for the talent show.
"Hey, Lucy are you going to do anything for the talent show this year?" I turn to see levy followed by Jet and Droy close behind.
"Oh, levy, and no I don't know what I'm going to do, all I have is good looks, my celestial gate keys, and my novel. What are you going to do for the talent show levy?"
"Gajeel wants me to dance to his song for the talent show" levy blushes slightly and turned her head to the side so I wouldn't notice.
"That's great levy! I will cheer you on!"
"Thanks, Lucy that really boosts up my confidence! I'm pumped up now!"
"GO LEVY YOU CAN DO IT" Jet and Droy both scream to her as they walk away toward the guild doors to go practice.
I get up to go ask Team Natsu if any of them were going to participate in the talent show. I headed for the table were Erza, Grey, Natsu and Happy sat at.
"Hey, Lucy," Natsu says with a mouth full of chicken.
"Don't talk with your mouth full Natsu that's impolite!" Erza says as she punches Natsu in the back of the head.
"OWW Erza you're so mean" Natsu pouts.
"That's what you get for being such an idiot" Grey points out.
"What did you say ice freak!"
"Grey your clothes," Ezra says as she continues to eat her strawberry cake.
I giggle slightly at the scene that happens before my eyes. You know, the usual.
"So Lucy did you want to talk to us?" Erza says after just remembering that I was here.
"Yeah, I just came here cause I was wondering if any of you are gonna participate in the talent show," I say as I sit down next to Erza.
"I and Grey aren't and Natsu never does," Ezra says between mouth fulls.
"Oh, why does Natsu never participate?"
Natsu lifts his head and replies " I don't have a talent, Lucy."
"You have a talent for destroying stuff," Grey says as he puts back on his shirt.
"Grey don't start another fight," Ezra says with fire in her eyes, clearly ready to deck anyone if needed too. Grey swallows hard and proceeds to sit back down after finding his shirt.
" I'm sure you have a talent other than destroying stuff Natsu," I say as I watch Natsu wipe his hands after finishing his rather large dish.
"Not that I know of Lucy"
"Have you ever tried singing?"
"No..."
" I'm sure he's terrible at singing Lucy I mean this is Natsu we're talking about" Grey laughs just at the thought of Natsu singing on stage in front of the guild embarrassing himself.
"That's not very nice grey how do you know he can't sing," I say as I give Grey a mean stare and cold stare, somthing I learned from Erza over the months at Fairy Tail.
"Aye Natsu can sing he did it in front of me after I got rejected by Carla and was feeling down." happily says after biting on his fish.
"Then why don't you participate Natsu, there is always a first time for everything. You should give it a try."
Natsu shakes his head slowly "I'm too shy..... I don't like to sing in front of a large crowd, plus I'm not even good at it anyways." Natsu turns away and nervously laughs, sitting up to go and put his plate away.
"Wait, Natsu shy, that's hilarious!" Grey says as he proceeds to laugh.
"SHUT UP ICE PRINCESS!!" Natsu says clearly offended by Grey's comment.
"Grey stop talking....just, please... you're really pissing me off let Lucy and Natsu speak," Erza says as she reaches across the table and punches Grey sending him 20 feet across the guild hall. "Ok, Lucy continue," Ezra says sweetly as if nothing happened "Natsu you should at least try" I continue.

I don't know Lucy it's not my thing."
"C'mon I'm practically dying to hear you sing."
"Let me think about it" Natsu walks off to return his dish to Mirajane who was happily talking and cleaning dishes at the bar.
