The Room mate (COMPLETE)

22- New house

It's been three mouths since we told our parents about the baby. I'm 20 weeks today and I'm all belly.

Trent said he had a surprise for me. He made me get in the car and put a blindfold over my eyes.

"Are we almost there? As soon as the words left my mouth I felt the car come to a stop and Trent cut the engine

"Yeah, Stay put and don't think about peeking" He said with amusement laced in his voice

He exit the car and seconds later my door opened and his hand was on my arm helping me out the car. "Walk forward" Doing as I'm told, I started to move forward only to trip on what felt like a rock "Don't worry I got you" We continued to walk a little further before he stopped me "Right here" I felt him move behind me and wrap his arms around my waist. The feel of his breath on my neck before his lips graze my ear causing shivers throughout my body

"Take off the blindfold"

Lifting my hand, I pulled of the blindfold and took in my surroundings a confused look taking over my features

"Welcome home" He whispered in my ear

Before me stood a beautiful house with a two car attach garage

"Your joking" I turned to look at him

"Nope, I got the keys last night" Taking my hand in his he lead us to the front door. He unlocked the door and opened it wide so I could go in first "It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, foyer, living room with a bay window, A family room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen with cherry cabinets, all SS appliances, and granite counter tops, Hardwood floors throughout and a finished basement. The master bedroom has a walk in closet too. There is a patio build on the back of the house and we have three acres of land" He explained to me as we walked through the house. Trent really got me the house of my dreams.

"How did you get this house? I seen it online about 6 weeks ago and called them the next day about it and they said it was sold"

"I know. I saw you looking at it in the living room. you didn't even know I was there" He chuckled "I saw you write the number down and mumbling about calling about it. I went back to the bedroom to finished up my essay and when you said you were heading to the store I took it as my chance to call. I put in an offer and it was accepted"

In that moment my heart swelled. I was so in love for this man standing before me. I threw my arms around his neck and brought his lips to mine. "Thank you" I mumbled against his lips "Besides our baby this is the best gift you could have gave me"

"I would do anything to make you and our baby happy. You guys will always come first" Trent pecked me on the lips then looked like a thought has came to him as he stares down at me with a devilish grin

"What" I asked hesitantly

"You know this place has five bedrooms right?"

"Yeah so?" I asked not knowing where he was going with this

"Meaning we can add a few more kids in the future"

"Lets focus on this little one first. Besides I'm not having anymore until I'm married"

"Fine by me" Trent got down on one knee and pulled out a little black box. My hands threw to cover my mouth as he opened it to reveal a beautiful 2 carat diamond cut ring with little diamonds around it

"You've given me a reason to succeed, a reason to better myself, you are my world, my best friend, the one person I cant imaging myself without, the absolute love of my life. My soul mate. To everyone else my girlfriend...and now... I want you as my wife. Paisley, Will you do the honor and marry me?"

I can't believe this is happening. I'm getting everything I have every dreamed off. The man of my dreams wanting me to be his forever, A baby, his baby in my stomach giving me a family, wanting to have more kids with me. The house I really wanted, A home perfect for a family..... Our family. A job that I love. Tears are running down my cheeks by this point and I realized I haven't gave him my answer. I look at his face full of worry that I would said no.....

"Yes, I will marry you" A smile appeared on his face as he slipped the ring on my finger and stood up taking me in his arms, kissing me like his life depended on it

"I love you"

"I love you too"

We spent the rest of the morning to packing up the apartment. Trent said Seth was going to help him move the boxes to the house since I cant be lifting heavy things.

"Don't forget we have a doctor appointment at four. We get to find out the sex of or little one"

"I know. We are going to put most of our stuff in his truck and he is going to take it to the house for us"

"That's nice of him"

"I'm pretty sure when he finally moves out he will make me return the favor" I nodded in agreement

"Can we text our friends and family and have them come over and see the new house? Then we can announce the engagement and sex of the baby"

"Sound good"

I set a group text on my phone and messaged them

"Trent surprised me with a house this morning. Do you guys want to come over around 7 and see it?"

It didn't take long before they responded

My brother is full of surprises. I'll be there - Allison

Can I bring Madison? - Allison

He sure is. Of course you can bring her. - Paisley

Send me the address and I'll be there - Deacon

It's 47 Wilkins lane - Paisley

Sky and I will be there Sis - Jaxon

Your dad and I will be there - Mom

We will be there, Sweetie. Tell my son I'm proud of him. I didn't think he could keep buying it a secret from you that long. *giggle* - Charlotte

Of course. I helped make sure you guys wouldn't get screwed over on the closing deal - Charlotte

Thanks Charlotte. We just finished packing. Seth is on his way to pick the stuff up to take it over to the house - Paisley

I put my phone down and went into the kitchen where Trent was taping up the last of the boxes

"They're all coming. I didn't text Seth since he will already be there. Also Deacon is on his way to help so it gets done quicker"

"Ok. Ill text Seth to let him know to let Deacon in"

"Ok"

We made our way out the door and to the doctors. I cant wait to find out what my little peanut is going to be
