Chapter 18~ Tension

"Yes, that's how I found-"

"Did you use the tracking device to find where we were or did you write down the coordinates?"

"I wrote down the coordinates, why?"

"(Y/n) saw that we were being followed. She set up one of her viruses into the computer so that the next time someone looks at the info it would kill the computer and sent the information to her computer." I said, "So it would be okay if we moved!"

"So you're saying we should waste the gas to go over there?"

"It's not a waste if we're saving her life!"

"She knows where this is, right?" I nodded. "So presumably she would go here first. If we were to drive over there and she were to be on her way over here we wouldn't be here. So she would probably keep wandering around trying to find us. Not only that we would have no way to contact her and she has no way to contact us!"

"So, I'll go, you stay here!"

"Go and drive around in pitch blackness?! Did you forgot the headlights are dead. LITERALLY DEAD!"

"I don't care we need to-"

"....Ugh... Where...?" We both looked over.

"He's awake."

"Saeran!" I said as I walked over to him.

"Where... Where am I?" he asked. He rubbed his eyes and looked over at me, then at Vanderwood. "Why are you two together!? What happened?"

"Oh.... I betrayed the agency and ran away with your brother. You're sister-in-law is somewhere."

"Sister-in-law?" I asked.

"She said "Can't I gave my boyfriend a kiss?"?"

"S-she's not my girlfriend!" I said, "A-and she was doing that so she could tell me the plan."

"Clever son of a-"

"You two are on the same team? God... Where are my things?"

"Probably with the agency."

"Where the hell is (Y/n)?" He asked.

"She..."

"She stayed behind to make sure you and your brother were safe."

"So she's... Dead?" Saeran asked. Neither of us answered. "Ha... My computer, my computer... Isn't here."

"Why? What do you want to do?" Vanderwood asked.

"Saeran, can we talk?"

"... I have nothing to say to you."

"Saeran..."

"Hay, kidnapper, I feel like I'm suffocating, I need fresh air." Saeran said as he sat up.

"Did you just call me kidnapper?" Vanderwood asked.

"It's still dangerous outside." I said.

"He can't go out! What if he runs away?"

"Even if he goes out, he won't be able to do anything. Right, Saeran?"

"Fine, just, don't go farther than the tree infront of the cabin. The satellite will be able to scene if you go further.

"I'll stay right outside." He said as he stood up. "Give me a cig." he said as he walked over to Vanderwood. He reached into his pocket.

"Here..."

"Saeran..." I said as he walked to the door. He opened it and walked out.

Saeran's P.O.V.

"...God." I pulled out the phone I had stolen and turned it on. "I'll just pretend this phone is mine right now." I said as started to type. "Turn on GPS... Checking location... And then..."

"Somewhere I could see the sky."

"You could see the sky from anywhere."

"I know but, I want to be able to wake up and see nothing but the sky, the clouds, the sun."

"Then that's where we'll go!"

Why are you thinking about her? I asked myself. Stop. She is worse than he is. She left you and admitted to it. She gave me what I wanted but... Why... I reached up to my chest. Turning GPS and services off again. I looked up at the night sky.

What the hell is wrong with me? Three people? Luciel, his assistant and- who?! (Y/n)?! She's probably dead. I told myself. All of a sudden a wave of pain came over me. I gripped my hair.

"... I'm sorry..."

"I'm sorry that I left you... "

"I'm sorry."

That look in her eyes... She looked like she was lying... NO! Stop! God... I need my pills. I thought. I looked back down at the ground and to the car. I wonder if I could escape with that? No... My savior will be on her way soon. I turned around but as I did my eye caught a glimpse of something. 

"What the hell?"
