There's something calming about driving. It gave him a sense of control and peace as he travels around the city of unknown faces, driving past the bright yellow lights of the lamp posts at the edge of the roads. Green and red signs glowed, reflecting the light given to them as he makes each turn with a swift move of his hand, gliding over and against the steering wheel. The night sky loomed over his old, green car as the faint sound of Beach Goons' Without U played in the background.

The man in the vintage, leather jacket pulls up to the top of a multilevel parking garage. It was eleven at night and the hot air drifting through his open window somehow made him feel safer. He continues driving on the top of the empty parking lot — or maybe, it wasn't empty at all. His eyes land on a curly haired girl with caramel skin wearing a contrast white and light grey crop top along with a pair of light blue boyfriend jeans sitting at the edge of the building.
