Chapter 5

Tom's P.O.V

I could feel Star tense up every now and again and it only made me more worried, i was even tempted to turn into the hospital but i kept driving until she sat up and let go off my hand

"tom! stop the car! quick!"

i quickly swerved and stopped in a type of lay-by with lots of trees and bushes nearby, Star jumped out of the car and headed to the bushes. i followed her and realised she was being sick.

I rushed around to her and saw her on her knees, i landed right next to her and saw sick on the floor, i pulled back her hair so it wouldnt get covered and she brought everything up again, i rubbed her back and looked around to make sure no-one saw, which, thankfully, no-one was usually up this early on a sunday.

I turned back to star and saw her crying her eyes out so i brought her body close to mine and she rested her head in my chest as more tears fell down, i kept pulling her close to me and trying to comfort her but nothing worked, she just kept on crying and i just kept on hugging her.

A few minutes later she looked up at me slowly, her eyes were puffy and her cheeks were red, she gave me a weak smile before reaching in to hug me again, i rubbed her back gently and held her close and i heard her muffled voice

"sorry for being a pain tom-tom"

i shook my head, being careful not to hit her again,

"your not being a pain missy, its not your fault"

i felt her nod into me before we both went silent again. I think we were sitting there for about 10 minutes when i realised her mum would be expecting me back as i had a video to film, i gently tryed to lean back but to my suprise Star leant back with me, i tilted my head so i could see her face and her eyes were closed gently.

I smiled to myself and even let out a little chuckle, the poor girl had fallen asleep.

I slowly managed to move without waking her and picked her up bridal style, she stired and looked up at me, her eyes still half-closed

"tom-tom?"

i nodded at her

"yeah its me, go back to sleep, im taking you home"

she nodded and leant into me as i walked around to the back seats and managed to open the door before gently reaching in and laying her down over the back three, she stirred before closing her eyes and bringing her hand to her belly, i had never done this before so i just strapped her in using all three seatbelts before getting in and driving off again.

It didnt take long to arrive at hers and i quickly hopped out and managed to get her out, she was still asleep as i carried her up to the front door, i managed to give it a few knocks before waiting.

Angel opened it and was about to scream at me when she saw that Star was asleep

"is she dead?"

i shook my head

"no sweetie, just sleeping, shes not very well and im taking her to bed"

she nodded and moved out of the way so i could get by, she showed me up to Stars room and pulled back the duvet for me to lay her down, i pulled the duvet up and tucked her in before reaching down and planting a small kiss on her forehead, she moved slightly and half opened her eyes, i put a finger on her lips and whispered
