Josh's Pov

I skated down the ice as fast as I ever could. I knew I could Make it in, I just knew it. I took a shoot and th buzzer going off, just as it went in. People cheering, cheering for Team Canada.

I had just made the winning shot for our team, we celebrated as my team lifted me into the air, I could here the sirens going off and the banners saying 'Team Canda for the win'.

After all those years of nothing. Something has come out of this. Everything that I've worked for to be here, here with my parents and my younger brother, has become so real, that it isn't.

"Josh, honey!" I heard my moms voice, I slowly woke up looking at my surroundings hoping this wasn't a dream, but it was and will always be one of my best memories on Team Canada.

"Yea I'm awake." I placed my arm beneath me to keep myself balanced, I saw Michael walk down the hall passed my room.

"Your gonna be late for the plane." She told me, I looked at the alarm clock, great. I got up, I forgot I was only wearing underwear and socks, my mom laughed and left the room. I grabbed a pair of sweat pants and a t-shirt.

"Josh!" I heard Michael scream, I followed his voice to his room. He was siting on his bed, looking at his posters. He was smiling wide eyes, as usual.

"Can you take them down before we go?" He asked, Him and I were heading back to Salt Lake City, Utah.  I nodded taking down his posters, he threw them in his suitcase before leaving. I grabbed my suitcase as well and hockey bag.

Michael and I walked to the front door, getting out shoes on. Mom and dad came to us giving us a hug, dad gave me a letter telling me to open it when we get to Utah. We left the house and into the taxi.

Michael fell asleep on the way down, I watched as we passed every little town on the way down from from Vancouver.

I gave the Taxi driver his money, taking out baggage out of his car. I grabbed Michael and sat him on top of the suitcases, he was still asleep.

We went to the border so we could go through to the other side and board the plane. This was gonna be a long flight, but it'll be worth it when we see Grand-ma and Grand-pa. Michael and I haven't seen them since last time we were in Utah, witch was five years ago.

I boarded the plane carrying Michael, we had our own two seats so I put him close to the window, so he'd feel safe. I opened a magazine and started turning the pages every so often.

"Josh?" I heard Micheal say, I looked down to him, he was sprawled out on the seat. I let out a small laugh waiting for him to speak.

"Are we there yet?" This why I enjoyed him staying asleep, but it was nice to talk to someone, espeacially since this old women kept eying me.

"In an hour roughly." I told him, he nodded leaning his head on my shoulder falling back asleep. I grabbed a pair of head phones plugging them into the seat so I could watch tv.

"All passengers please put your seat belts on, we will be arriving shorty." The flight attendant anounced. I put my seat belt back on, after putting Michael's on for him. He's hella heavy sleeper, I'll say that.

"Josh, can we get food? Grand-Ma won't be here for awhile, knowing how she drives." Michael said, we laughed. He walked over to some little retaurant in the Airport, we walked in and sat down, the waitress came up to us.

"Aw aren't you two adroable." She said walking to us, I looked at Michael, he smiled as he looked back at me.

"Thanks..." I said, she nodded looking at us,

"What will it be?" She asked, opening her note pad and pushing her pen open.

"Ice tea!" Michael shouted, I'm happy no one sat near us.

"Just a coke." I asked, she nodded walking away then coming back just as fast.

"Here you go boys, anything to eat?"

" Fries and Chicken!" Michael cheered.

"Two Fries and Chicken!" I said, she nodded once again writing it down. Michael started looking around, I drank some of my coke, staring at our lugagge. I noticed that letter that dad gave to me before we left.

"Josh, what're you looking at?" I looked up at Michael. I sighed.

"Just a letter dad gave me." I just hope it says that they're not ditching us with Grand-Ma.

"Oh, Chicken!" Michael said as the chicken and fries showed up at our table. We ate our food and finishing our drinks before we left the airport waiting for Grand-Ma. We saw her truck pull up to the doors, we threw out stuff in the back and hopped into her truck.

"How's my two little men?" She asked pinching our cheeks together, everytime. Some how Michael enjoyed it.

"Great."

"I'm Okay!" Michael said, he's gonna miss playing hockey back home, but now we can start new seasons, yay.

"That't great, Grand-Pa is working so it's just the three of us and Milo." Milo is her yorshire terrior, she thinks he's a big and strong dog, but to everyone else, it's a small dog. We drove home in silence listening to Grand-Ma's music.
