To whom it may concern,
Hi there! My name is Angelica, and I am a senior currently attending Newton High School in Southern California. I have been assigned an English project in which I must write to a stranger for the next few months, and that stranger, evidently, is you. In other words, we're Pen Pals!
I'll be honest, kids my age don't send letters anymore, which really does sound weird come to think of it. Everything is done on these things we call phones...it gets a little old, really. But that being said, I'm looking forward to communicating with you through mail. It's always nice to try something new for a change.
I'd like to ask you a series of questions to start us off. What's your name? How are you? What is life like in your location?
Even though this is a project I must complete for my English class, I ask of you to not look at this as an obligation, but as an opportunity. I would like to see the world through someone else's eyes. In exchange, you will be able to see the world through my eyes. Fair enough?
