I was now sitting down beside Elijah who had his arm wrapped around my shoulder i was so scared i don't know what to do as Katherine left saying she had to go and see Matt but i knew she was lying Stefan knew what she is planning so we are putting together a rescue plan when we get a minute he is turning up the music then he is texting the group chat that we are all in but he is taking out Damon and Alaric so Katherine doesn't see it i just hope this works or else i am as good as dead.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by Elijah kissing my forehead as he pulled me closer to him 

"You aright my love"Elijah asked me 

I nodded but didn't say anything Rebekah, Kol and Freya were looking at me with confused look on their faces Davina, Marcel, Hayley and Hope were all sitting down as Hope was coloring in

"Oh my god this is my favorite song Barbie Klaus dance with me"Fake Damon said as he grabbed Rebekah hand and pulled her up 

I looked at Stefan and nodded to him he knew what to do as he pulled out his phone making sure that no one could see him and what he was doing, just then my phone went off and i knew it was a phone call i got up and walked away from Elijah and his family and pulled out my phone and saw the caller i.d was 

Damon

I answered the call 

Phone COVO:

Avery:Hello

Katherine:Hello Avery go somewhere private and turn the sink on

I walked up the stairs and to Damon bedroom and when i entered i closed and locked the door behind me and turned the tap on so no one could hear what i was saying on the phone to Katherine

Avery:Done

Katherine:Good girl now have you made up your mind

Avery:Yes i have but you will have to wait and see what i picked Katherine

Katherine:Playing a player i like it you know we could be best friend you and i but no 

Avery:I would never be friends with you Katherine 

Katherine:You hear that Damon your little Avery is on the phone 

Damon:Avery pick us don't break Elijah heart pick me kill me i wouldn't be able to live with myself if me and your dad were the ones who made you and Elijah break up

Avery:Damon i love you so much and i have made my mind up already and no one can change it 

Katherine:Good i will be in touch Avery

Katherine hanged up the phone on me first i growled and turned off the sink and walked back to where everyone is Stefan nodded to me which i returned 

"Avery dance with me"Fake Damon asked me 

"Sorry but no i'd rather dance with Stefan than you Damon"I replied back smirking at him 

The originals, Marcel, Davina, Hayley, Hope, Stefan and Fake Alaric laughed at what i said but Fake Damon didn't he just gave me a death glare, i looked at Elijah and grabbed his hand and pulled him to the kitchen Stefan knew what i was going to do so he turned the music off and listened to mine and Elijah conversation and i knew that Elijah friends and family were listening as well, here goes nothing

"You okay love you haven't said a word to me all night"Elijah asked me 

"Elijah i can't marry you when we weren't together i had met someone else who i really truly love so here is your ring back give it to someone who will love you as much as i did but i just can't be with you, you made me feel un-safe Elijah and i need to be with someone who makes me feel safe and not like a toy that needs to be fixed all of the time so i'm sorry but we are done and this is goodbye have a nice life Elijah"I said to him as i turned and quickly ran out of the kitchen but before i did i took the ring off and placed it in his hand then took off
