Chapter 3~ Escape

Start from the beginning

"Well hello Luciel." I said as I stared at the CCTV monitor. I stared at the screen. "What are you up to?" I asked as I watched. Luciel was sitting in the corner of a room typing away on his portable laptop.

Hmm... I thought as I minimized the screen. I then moved onto the other folder. 'Special Security System.' I opened it up. Damn, password protected again. I thought as I pulled out my phone again.

Why must this be so difficult? I asked myself as I was trying to hack into Luciel's computer for the password.

There's the Christmas tree you made last year.

That doesn't help... I suddenly got to a place that looked hopeful. I was looking around when I saw something that stuck out. Bingo. I thought as I started to type in the password. I looked back down at the screen when something stood out to me.

2 3 4 7 1
1 5 2 6 2
4 3 4 2 1
2 1 2 4 1
3 1 3 4 1
2 1 4 3 2
6 9 1 6 4

Wait... Isn't that the algorithm for... A BOMB?! I started to get really nervous. Does Luciel know about this, of course he does, it's his computer, but what if he doesn't know. What do I do? I kept searching around for any potential information but nothing that would calm me. Look, if it were that bad he wouldn't be there, right? But if he knew it were dangerous why wouldn't he tell me. I kept reading through the numbers when I stumbled across something. You're kidding, right? It couldn't get any worse. Not only was it a bomb but an unstable one. I stood up. That's it, I'm going over there.

I opened one of the drawers in Luciel's desk and grabbed the car keys. I ran into the garage.

"Yes, boss. No, that's... Yes! He was not here. I sincerely apologize." I heard Vanderwood say. "We do have a hunch... No, we haven't found evidence yet... I don't know what to say. Yes, I've pressured her and she's getting the work done very fast." I placed the robot dog down on the ground.

This should make a good distraction. I thought as it started to walk away.

"What? No, but why don't you give us at least until today? Yes, considering that he has always don't well. Yes you are right. 707 is undoubtedly a very talented agent. Hasn't he decoded the CSS in the shortest amount of time? Yes, I'm sure you regret not giving him mental training because of his talent but I thought that's why you sent agent 404 to live with him. I will take him to there as soon as we finish today. He'll come to his sense once we've given him a taste of what real torture is, that is, once we find him."

What the hell is he talking about?

"Woof woof!"

"What? No. We don't have a puppy?"

Yes, go boy!

"What is this...?" Vanderwood asked as he stared down at the brown dog.

"Woof woof! The garage is no smoking zone! No cigarettes! Useless person! Woof!" I held back my chuckling.

Useless person. Lol.

"Where the hell did this come from."

"I am God Seven's creation! Woof! I was born in 150 BC when my mom dog robot met my Arabic father dog robot and with the contract from blacksmith Alababa..."

"No wonder this thing is bullshitting. It's that useless crap that Seven made." I started to make my way to the white sports car. I slowly opened the driver's seat. I put my laptop and headset next to me. I shut the door.

Slam.

"Crap." I put the key in ignition and started to back the car up... Or tried to at least.

"You thought you'd just leave without me noticing?!" he shouted.

"Crap, crap, crap."

"I told you to take out that cigarette!!! Woooooooffff!!!!" the dog shouted as it opened its mouth.

"Aaaaghhh! Why is the dog spitting out fire?!" I tried to ignore the commotion and concentrate on driving but...

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?! KILL ME?!" Vanderwood shouted as I almost back up into him.

"Sorry!" I shout as I drive to the garage door.

"(2/n)!!!" He shouted. The garage door opened just in time for me to drive away.

"I'm sorry, boss. (2/n) just got into the car and ran away."

As I kept driving I realized this was a horrible idea because...
