Taking a deep breath, Mirae stood outside of the vocal room door. She had to be here then at the dance studio to get the numbers she needed.
With a heavy sigh she lifted her hand to knock on the door, the two boys inside ceased their singing to look at the interrupter
The door swung open,
"Yes?" Doyoung says, with a slightly annoyed tone.
"U-um...Hi. I'm Mirae...and can I join?" She gasped mentally at what she had said. She'd had no plans to join in on their song and frankly she doesn't even know why she suggested that. No one at the academy had ever heard Mirae sing, and that was how she wanted to keep it, well at least until now.
Doyoung was about to decline when Jaehyun finally spoke up
"Yeah sure! In fact, I was wondering if you could be the test subject for our song. We wrote this but it's not our style" Jaehyun slyly winked to Doyoung before looking back at Mirae
"Oh uh sure" She cursed herself again before shufling into the room awkwardly.
"Ok, so put these headphones on, and listen to the demo of Chaeyoung, who we asked to fill in as the singer temporarily" (wink) Jaehyun handed Mirae the headphones, and whilst she was listening, he texted Doyoung.

She cleared her throat to grab the attention of the two texting boys, causing them to look up and put their phones away.
"So, what'd you think?"
"The song is so beautiful, you guys are such amazing producers, why don't you just make Chaeyoung-ssi a permanent singer of this? Her voice suits the song perfectly"
"Eh, we just want to hear it from another perspective"
"Ok...Well here goes nothing" Mirae shrugged her shoulders and closed her eyes, if it was for Yuta's happiness then it was worth it.

Doyoung and Jaehyun's mouths dropped open at the end of her performance, who had known she'd had such talent?
"Y-you sang it so well... Why haven't you auditioned to sing at the talent shows before?" Doyoung stuttered out, with Jaehyun nodding
"I don't know...I guess I just get a little nervous when performing in front of people..." She fidgted with her hands, unsure of how to respond to he compliment
"Lemme give you our numbers, we can meet up and sing together another time" Jaehyun spoke up suddenly.
Mirae's eyes widened. Her plan worked out, perfectly/
Handing her phone over, Jaehyun added both himself and Doyoung to her phone
Another days job done.
