Soundtrack to My Crush

Introduction

Hello confused people wondering what "Soundtrack to My Crush" might mean.

The title pretty much explains it, it is a soundtrack (playlist) about my crush experience. Each song has its own story, and I organized them in such an order that it would all make sense when put together.

Each chapter is titled with the artist name, then the song name. I will write a passage or two about how this links to my story, and maybe even write a memory linked directly to it. The lyrics will be posted in the end, so you don't need to scroll to get to the text. You can dm me more songs that reminds you of your crush, or you think might suit my story. Any genre is welcomed.

If you want some context, here it is.

There is a guy I once thought I hated, but turns out, I actually like him. He is a quiet guy, just like me, so we rarely talk. Different year levels makes it even less common to see him in school. I mostly see him in table tennis training, and that is the place where most of my memories take place.

With all the things happening like knowing I'll have to leave the country next year has made me like him more, "what can I say, it's complicated." It is so rare seeing him now that even a glance of him makes me feel better. I needed something to express these feelings to, and writing about it is not enough, so that's why I made this playlist.
