The Gangleader and Me(ON HOLD)

•Chapter 16•

I looked over my shoulder at him and he smiled, pecked my lips then grabbed a twist and fed it to me. We all decided to skip school today and we hung out a little bit longer at Taco Bell before we left and decided to go to the park that was only 5 minutes away.

When we did arrive at the park, Jenny, Abby, and I all immediately ran towards the kid's playground and started going on swings, laughing as the three of us competed to see who would go the highest. When the group started heading towards us, I jumped off the swing set while it was mid-air, and I gracefully landed on my feet.

Jenny and Abby did the same and we ran off to where the slides were. "Let's go on the twirling one!" Abby suggested, jumping up and down, pointing at where it was as if she was a child and that's what we did. We went over to the slide and all decided to slide down at once so I was in the front, Jenny behind me, and Abby in the very back. "1...2...3!" Abby chanted and suddenly all of us were sliding down the long slide laughing on the way down.

We tumbled out, me landing ass first on the artificial grass they put for the playground, then only a second later, Jenny's body tackles me, and Abby on her, making this a dog pile. When we all detached ourselves from each other, we burst out laughing, falling back down on the soft grass, as we rolled around.

Because of our laughing, I didn't hear anyone coming so the two arms that wrapped around my waist caught me by surprise and I was lifted into the air, which made me let out a girly squeal and I started kicking my legs, basically kicking the air. "Jordan let me down!" I told him, then started laughing as he spun us around, my back pressed against his chest.

"Eli, get Jenny! Abby already ran away from us!" Jordan commanded and my brother listened, doing the same to Jenny as Jordan did to me, which caught her off guard. "OH, MY GOD! ELI PUT ME DOWN YOU BAKA!!" Jenny yelled, with amusement lacing over her voice. "Lo siento Jenny, no puedo hacer eso. Además, no sé cuál fue la última palabra, ya que no hablo japonés." (Sorry Jenny, I can't do that. Plus I don't know what that last word was since I don't speak Japanese.) "IT MEANS IDIOT, I CALLED YOU A FUCKING IDIOT MARICÓN!" (Faggot, depends really, wide range on what this word means).

Eli bursts out laughing then looked at me, "So that's what you call me every day. You told me you were saying I was cool in Japanese!" Eli said, pretending as if it hurt him which made me throw my head back laughing. "Jordan, she's very ticklish at her sides. I give you permission." Eli said and my eyes widen. "CURLY! Bro why would you do that?! YOU HAVE BETRAYED YOUR TWIN!" I said to him, and he only shrugged as he still held onto Jenny.

I felt my feet touch the ground so the second I felt Jordan's arms loosen on my body I bolted out of his hold and ran straight to the people I know who wouldn't betray me. "NATEY, SAMMY, LUKEY POOOO!" I yelled as I ran towards them. I crouched behind them since they were sitting on the grass as their girls were playing around as well, so was Nathan's sister who was with them. "What's wrong k bear?" Asked me. I pointed at Jordan and Eli who put down Jenny, stalking towards us. "Protect me." I told them.

Sammy laughed and stood up, stuffing his hands in his pocket. Luke and Nathan simultaneously shot up from their sitting position to their feet and puffed out their chests, clenching their fists acting as if they were superheroes. "We'll protect you ashy!" Nathan said authoritatively. Sammy shrugged as if saying 'what the hell' and copied the other two, standing like them with his chest puffed out and clenched fists by his sides.

"Out of the way guys, this is our business." Eli said deepening his voice than what it really is. I gripped the back of Nathan's shirt and put his clenched fists at his hip and took a deep breath, holding it then, "No." he stated. "We're just gonna have to steal her!" Eli said, an evil laughter followed his statement. "Guys surround our sissy poo!" Nathan said and I'm immediately in the middle of the circle the three boys made.

They interlocked their arms, acting as if they were a barrier between Eli and Jordan, from me. I saw that Jenny was running towards us, so I took that as a chance to stick my tongue out the boys and they lunged at Nathan, Sammy, and Luke. The five boys were rolling on the ground pretending to fight, so Jenny took it upon herself to grab my hand and run away from the guys to a hiding spot. We ducked under the playground where there's like a cave, and Jenny and I used to always go under here when we were kids and we would always play hide and seek with our big brothers. I smiled at the memories which reminded me I had to go visit Jenny's twin brothers Pablo and Pedro, and her other older brother Julio.

It was dark in the playground cave but the second we heard footsteps around the back part of the cave, Jenny and I shuffled to the darkest corner, made sure we didn't move at all, and didn't make any noise. Suddenly the mini door for the cave opened, letting some of the sun's light shine through but luckily this cave is deep and wide so the light didn't reach us.

The person walked in and we held in our breaths, making sure we didn't move a centimeter. "Come out come out wherever you arrree." He taunted. Jenny and I looked at each other telling each other to make sure we couldn't get caught.
