The Young Beggar

Unrest are the winds- chaos prevails,
No one tells me where the boat sails

Is it a harbour? A storm or a shore?
Will the times be sweet or will they be sour?

Will invisible ink write my fate on the sky?
Sorrow may rain and thunders may cry

Give me a hopeful ray in this atrocity,
In this robotic globe- grant me an identity

In my many heroes- many villains I get,
The sun of my youth sets before the sunset

Bonds of my heart burns- to stereotypes bound,
Corpses of dreams and aspirations are found

I cannot reach my designated high stakes,
So I beg for explosions, for imbalance, for earthquakes

Could you pierce an arrow- right through my heart?
Set my frozen soul on fire, let the rusty engine start

Could you pull me back from the grasp of wrath
And light candles all over my path?
