Light
In this new world
From where we birthed
We throw ourselves against the current of life
Rising and falling
Going through the course
Hopeful
Yet distraught
Excited
Yet terrified
For the new and unexpected
Throwing caution to the wind
We rise
Ready to vanquish our fears
And strive for greatness
At the end we upgrade our wings to halos
And run for the light
From where we came
