"Okay you know I hate fucking gossip but everyone is saying Tyler was looking for you EVERYWHERE at school. He looked like he was ready to kill." Jenny said, which made me sigh. "He was here." I told her, scratching the back of my neck. "Explain, now." she said. I nodded, grabbing her wrist and heading upstairs. "Eli we're going to my room, don't bother us." I yelled. I heard an ok, and we entered my room, me locking it. "Okay, go." She said after she threw herself in my bed and got comfy, which made me roll my eyes at her. She was always able to do this and whatever she wanted since we were best friends since birth. "Dude, he basically came over, we talked a little bit then I kicked him out cuz he was pissing me off, then I took a nap after he left, woke up, and made the soup downstairs." She narrowed her eyes at me.
"Alright... whatever you say." She said. "Oh, shit dude did you hear BTS's new song Not Today?" Jenny asked. I ran to the bed, almost tackling her for the 2nd time today. "Oh my god YES! Dude it was the fucking shit!" I told her. "PLAY IT!" I nodded quickly and grabbed my phone, and going through my Spotify k-pop playlist until I found Not Today.
I clicked it but paused it, connecting the Bluetooth to my large speakers and once they were connected I played the song and raised the volume to its maximum. The music immediately started playing and a few seconds later, the loud Korean lyrics flew throughout my room, making Jenny and I jump on the bed, jamming to the song. "JENNY, YOU GOT NO JAMS!" I said to her. Something RapMonster who's from the band, says.
She rolled her eyes at me, shaking her head. Once the song finished, Jenny and I collapsed on the bed, breathing in deeply, exhausted from dancing our asses off to the song. "Dude... I love them." She said and I nodded, agreeing. "It's funny that people see you as this big badass bitch but in reality, you're a total geek over k-pop." Jenny said, laughing at the end. I shrugged, "I'd rather others portray me as someone badass and evil but strong than someone that geeks over k-pop and other things and be weak."
I explained to her. She nodded taking in a deep breath. "I just wish you could show the real Ashley at school and be tough at the same time. I miss seeing the real Ashley." Jenny says looking at me, a serious look on her face. I sighed, turning my head to look directly at her. "I miss the real me too, but you know I ain't gonna let anyone try to walk over me. Nobody Jenny." I told her.
She nodded, "I know Ash. What are you gonna do with Tyler though? He seems to keep popping up in your life." She says. I nodded, knowing what she was trying to get at. "Honestly, I'm just going to avoid him and anything or anyone who has to do with him." I told her which made her nod. "Only you would catch the attention of a highly feared gang leader, and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing." I shrugged, not really sure myself.
"I got a feeling that this isn't the end of this though. Things are gonna happen, Ash. Big things." She said. We talked for a few hours before we got on the motorcycle and rode to her house so I could drop her off before Ino, her mom, had my head for keeping her out so late.

The sound of my alarm beeping made me jolt out of bed in a cold sweat, showing I was dreaming another nightmare but at the moment I couldn't remember any of it. I shrugged and stripped off my clothes and walked into the shower, getting under the shower head. After letting the water flow down over my body, I grabbed the body wash and lathering it into my body. I quickly rinsed off, making a mental note that I didn't have much time left.
I stepped out the shower, taking ahold of the black towel that was hanging on the towel rack and wrapped it tightly around my body, making sure it covered my lower region and breasts. After I picked out my underwear and bra and slid into them, I walked over to my closet, gathering the clothes I was going to wear today. I slipped into the ripped black skinny jeans, the sleeveless crop top that showed the mid section of my stomach, my dream catcher belly button piercing on full display.
