Patrick is Pete's grandmothers nurse at a nursing home. He is abused by his boyfriend at home and constantly has to cover and bandage wounds from him.
Pete and Patrick become friends, Pete constantly visiting his grandmother and speaking with Patrick. One day he sees the bruises and Patrick gets really upset, accidentally saying he'd be killed if his boyfriend knew someone found out.
Boyfriend visits him at work and Pete sees Patrick get slapped and tells the nursing home security. Patrick's boyfriend pissed and rams Patrick against the wall, knocking him into a two week coma and Pete visits him after visiting his grandmother
Patrick has weird dream comas about pete and wakes up realizing he loves Pete.
Pete hears him mumbling in his sleep that pat loves Pete and kisses Patrick he wakes up because he loves Patrick too.
