"Jungkook, wake up! You're going to be late for school, honey." He heard a familiar voice calling for him.

"I'm coming, mom," he said as he turned to the other side of the bed.

"C'mon, you need to get ready." The sunlight invaded the room as his mom opened the curtains.

"Mom!!!" he immersed in his bedsheets, but still the light reached his eyes.

"Hurry up, dad's making you breakfast" She smiled gently and kissed his forehead.

"Fine" he rubbed his eyes a few times and then opened them slowly trying to get comfortable to the light.

After a sleepy sigh, he got up and went to the bathroom, taking off his clothes as he walked to the shower. He turned on the hot water, putting his hand under the water waiting for it to heat up. He looked to the ground where there was a trail of clothes connecting his room to the bathroom. "I'll pick it up later," he thought to himself. When the water was finally warm enough he entered the shower, drowning his face in the hot water.

When he finished the shower he went to his room, picking up the clothes on the floor and throwing them in the bed. He opened his wardrobe (that looked more like a battlefield) and got a black hoodie, denim pants and his favorite Timberland, man, they were so comfortable. He looked at the mirror once to check if everything was OK and then went to the kitchen.

"Morning, mom," He kissed her forehead, "morning, dad". His father looked at him and smiled before looking back to the journal he was busy reading.

"So, today you have a test, right?" My mom glanced at me. "You've been studying, riiight...?"

Shit! She's right! He had totally forgotten the test. I haven't studied! I'm so fucked up!, he thought.

"U-Um, yeah." he lied, trying to put on his best 'totally-not-lying' face.

"Great! Now hurry up and eat some eggs." she pointed at the table where some eggs and bacon were, along with two toasts and a cup of Cappuccino.

After he ate his breakfast, which was amazingly delicious, his dad asked if he was ready to go, to which he nodded, and so the older man stood up and walked to the car, kissing his wife and leaving with a soft "later" before heading outside. Jungkook did the same and followed his dad to the car.

"So, Jeonnie, ready for the test?" He smiled. He always called him Jeonnie when he was being sweet or sarcastic, which he couldn't tell which one he was being now.

"Um, y-yeah" he lied again.

"I'm waiting for an A, buddy" he smiled again and finally turned on the car.

"Ah-Ha..." he scratched the back of his head and entered the car.

When they finally made it to school Jeon put his headphones on, clicking on the "Shuffle Play" button. Fortunately, his favorite song was the first one playing. He didn't have many friends so he was fine with just the music. How could a guy like Jeon Jungkook not have friends, you ask? Well, even though he had all the looks and had quite some girls after him, he just thought he didn't fit. It's not that other people didn't want to be friends with him or that he had a bad personality, he just simply thought all of the people from his school were superficial idiots and so he tried not to make too much contact with them, only when absolutely necessary. Of course, the cleaning ladies were an exception; he enjoyed their company and thought they were nice and funny old ladies.

When he entered the class he sat on his desk, waiting for the professor. There were still ten minutes left so he opened his book and studied a little before the test because after all, he really needed a good score.
