I don't know. All I knew was I didn't like crying in front of people. It made me feel like a whimp and I didn't want Theo to see me crying over something so small.

"Mya?" He asked and I felt his big hand clasp around my shoulder.

"What?" I tried to sound mad in attempt to cover up my crying voice.

Crying voice. You know the one. Where you feel like there's a huge lump in your throat and you can't talk without whimpering like a dog that just hurt his leg and can't walk on it.

"You know I was just kidding. And I would and could never replace you, sweetheart. You're irreplaceable. No girl has the kind heart you do, your sweet personality, or that beautiful grin." He gingerly stroked my cheek trying to get me to turn and look at him but I shook my head in a way of saying no. "I love you and if I were to ever lose you I don't know what I'd do or what would happen to me. You've become a part of me. A part of me that helps me wake up every morning, puts a smile on my face, and keeps me sane. I love you with all my heart, Amaya. Why would I replace someone so perfect?" I could practically hear the smile on his face.

And a sight like that was something I didn't want to miss, so I turned to face him and sure enough there was a glorious grin gracing his beautifully sculpted face.

His lips upturned even more and some of his pearly whites even showed. I watched as his thumbs reached up to brush the sad tears from my eyes and lean to place a kiss on my forehead.

"You know I love you, princess." He said before leaning his lips near mine. Just as our mouths were about to touch I heard loud whistles coming from outside of the car.

Theo cursed under his breath before rolling his eyes resulting in little laughs to escape my lips.

"Guess it's time for you to meet the guys!" He said as he climbed out of the car and I followed.

My palms immediately started to sweat and I tried fixing my hair the best I could. I didn't even attempt taming it on the way to the hospital. It was still its crazy bed-headedness and sticking up in all different directions. And I didn't even bring a hair tie to pull it away from my face.

At least I had somewhat appropriate attire for the occasion of a football game. Some light skinny jeans, my favorite college tee, and a random pair of Converse. Theo was in such a hurry to get me to the hospital that he picked and shoved a random pair of shoes onto my feet.

I guess this outfit would work for a football game though.

I walked around the car so I was now standing by Theo and I felt his arm wrap around my waist.

"Guys, this is Amaya, my girlfriend. Amaya, these are the guys." He introduced me to them.

There was six guys lined up with their rather large arm muscles on full display. They all towered over me like skyscrapers making me feel like a tiny mouse who was about to get squashed on the pavement.

"The ones I can half stand anyways." He whispered in my ear making me cover my mouth to stop from laughing.

"What? Is he telling you that amazing joke I told him last week at practice?" One blue-eyed guy asked with a smirk.

"It wasn't even funny, Danny. You literally just joked about an angry potato." Theo shrugged.

I looked from the guy who was apparently "Danny" to Theo with a quirked eyebrow.
