I had woke up from my nap.

Well more like a slumber.

I immediately checked my phone.

I got two messages from Odell.

Odell: went to play pool at J's with the guys.

Odell: I'll be home a tad bit later.

I rolled my eyes. This message was from two hours ago.

Let me see if he made it?

I went downstairs only to find Nick giving Kai a bottle.

"You're awake?!" He said,

" yep." I said as I sat down on the couch beside him.

"So when is Odell getting home?" Said Nick.

"He texted me a couple of hours ago that he was out playing pool." I said.

Nick POV

Doesn't he know he has a whole family at home.

Doesn't he know Nay is exhausted

Doesn't he know she needs help.

I stg ima cuff her.

Jenay POV

I could tell that Nick was getting angry hearing about Odell.

I bet he thought I was dumb for going back to him but he had no idea what was going on and it wasn't his business either.

We just dropped the topic.

After about 20 minutes we heard the jingling of keys at the door.

Odell POV

I had finally made it home.

While l was with the guys I lost track of time.

I unlocked the door only to find Nick and Jenay sitting on the couch both looking at me.

Nick was holding Kai.

"What the fuck?" I said. Trying to stay calm.
Trying to let them explain.

"Let me talk to you upstairs please." Said Nay as she grabbed Kai from Nicks arms.

I glared at Nick.

We went into the nursery.
She sat Kai down in his crib.

I glared at her.

"This is mad disrespectful Nay. Do you know how you got me looking?"

"How do I have you looking Dell? I didn't put you in this position."

"You got me looking like I'm not a good dad. Im out working for y'all." I said starting to get heated.

"Well you weren't working during those hours playing pool!" She fired back.

"You could've called anyone else! You called him! You know how I feel!"

"Well he's my friend and I needed help with our son while you were out so fuck how you feel!"

I started pacing back and forth.

I stormed out the room.

I punched a whole in the wall in the hallway.

I heard running up the steps.

It was this nigga, he was still here?

He went into the nursery.
