Nick was so good to me. I couldn't believe he'd be willing to take care of my baby in the absence of Odell. Ideally I wanted Odell to be there but when I told him to leave he left. After that it was it. He never wanted this baby so why should I expect him to be there. Me and Nick were just friends right now. He just wanted to take care of me. I was in the living room with Nick and LaLa we were watching tv, talking shit bout our coworkers (former for me), and folding up clothes. LaLa turned it on WAGs Miami. After it went off E! News came on.
"Just in. Breaking news from New York City. New York Giants football player, Odell Beckham Jr, and Vogue model, Dani Summers, are in the hospital tonight. Dani has reportedly suffered a miscarriage at 3 1/2 months..."
Everyone stopped talking. Then their heads all turned at me.
"That's terrible." Said Nick.
LaLa walked out and fixed a bowl of cereal. I'm glad she kept her real feelings to herself. Knowing LaLa she would've been super insensitive if Nick wasn't there.
I was surprised Odell didn't call me back. After everything that happened with Dani you'd think he'd be open for support. I guess he figured since Dani wasn't pregnant no more they had no real reason to be together. LaLa had been urging me to call my mom for the past couple of days now. I unlocked my phone and saw I had a voicemail.
"Hey Nay! It's mom. I just wanted to call and say I'm coming out to New York for the weekend. My firm is doing a business trip so I'll be checking you out up there. Call me back."
Oh fuck. This is bad.
