There's a million reasons why I love you.
Suga and Seulgi were like star-crossed lovers. No one thought they would end up together, not even themselves. Their members were, needless to say, very surprised when they had revealed they had went out on a date together.
They met after going to the endless end-of-the-year music award shows. In front of their fans, they maintained a calm composure, but backstage, Suga had approached her first, complimenting her on the several dance breaks Red Velvet had inputted into their songs.
"Thank you, sunbaenim. I'm a big fan of your performances as well," Seulgi flashed him a sincere smile, lighting up her whole face. He thought it was adorable.
"Suga. Just call me Suga," he introduced himself, giving her a slight shake of the hand.
That's when it all started.

They were both idols, and it was risky. They were both almost caught by their managers one time when they were facetiming each other. They kept it a secret for weeks; their members didn't have a clue about their relationship.
It was for the best. The less people that knew, the better. Plus, it wasn't official or anything. Seulgi just liked hanging out with Suga. She found him funny, although he was sarcastic most of the time, and she liked sharing stories about the music industry with him. They would both compare their experiences on variety shows and embarrassing incidents their members had faced.
Still, in the back of her mind, Seulgi knew it was wrong. She shouldn't be lying to everyone. Red Velvet was only a bit over a year old, and she didn't want to damage the group's image especially if people found out she was dating Bangtan Boy's rapper, Suga.

The thing is, neither of them wanted to end it despite how wrong it was. They kept seeing each other, drowning themselves in their own guilt, but it didn't matter because when they were together, all their worries went away.
Seulgi liked a lot of things about him. He was a good listener. He always asked her how she was doing and always offered helpful advice to her problems. She knew he was very lazy, but she thought it was sweet how he made time for her. He always replies to her texts (she saved him as 'Bittersweet Oppa') and made her feel more calm and relaxed after spending an outing with him.
Suga liked a lot of things about her. She was very bright, a big contrast to his personality, but hey, opposites attract. She liked to smile a lot which he found very charming (and always made his heart skip a beat). He could confide in her about anything because he knew she wouldn't judge him. She was open-minded about everything and never criticized him (he found nagging particularly annoying). She seemed genuinely interested in him, even through texts (he saved her as 'Pooh Bear').
They were wrong together, yet it felt right in so many ways.
There's a million reasons why I should give you up, but the heart wants what it wants.
