*Jhanvi Pov*
I smiled looking at the door in anticipation. When will he return? He should be here by now.
Oh god! I wish I can share this news with someone else after him. But... I trailed off my thinking, shaking my head. He is enough for me.
My prince! I thought and grinned, seeing the way knob being turned.
"Ali! Thank god you are here. Any more minutes, I would have gone mad." I babbled rushing near to him only to stop in my tracks.
"Is something wrong?" I asked, feeling my grin slipping away.
"Let us sit first." He replied in a blank tone.
I nodded, walking towards the couch and sat down with him sitting before me instead of beside me.
"I need to go back." He simply started.
"To the office?" I asked him, frowning feeling confused.
"No! To my home." He replied.
"Ok!" I mumbled, not knowing what to say.
Whenever, I brought the topic of his family and ask anything regarding them, he always went distant which made me leave the curiosity all together.
"When are we going?" I asked him giving a small smile.
"I need to go back." He repeated.
"Alone?" I asked in a whisper and he nodded.
"For how many days?" I asked, accepting his answer.
If he does not wish me to go with him, then there must be a reason for sure.
"I do not know!" he replied looking down.
"What should I do?" I asked, staring at him.
"Wait for me. I don't want to go. But I have responsibilities there as a prince." He replied, staring back at me.
"I understand." I mumbled after a few minutes.
What else can I say? These three months were the most beautiful days of my life and I don't know whether I can live without them.
"I am pregnant." I blurted out.
I don't know why I said that. Maybe I am trying to be selfish thinking he will not leave me alone here.
He stared at me for a few seconds with still form and then gave a pained expression.
"I was not fair to you, was I?" he suddenly asked.
"About what?" I asked him now more confused.
"You are pregnant, Jhanvi. And you are so young." He whispered.
"I... I know I am young." I started and flinched accepting the statement which is nothing but an insecurity from the time we got married.
What if I am too young for him and he regrets marrying me? All the weird questions were always present.
"But from the time I know, I don't have someone to say they are mine, I wished for a family. I got my wish marrying you and now I am blessed with a baby." I said placing a hand on my stomach.
"I never felt young, even when I was with my friends, I felt old." I added feeling the fear again that I am not suitable for him.
"Are you going to leave?" I asked, not able to stop myself and he stared at me with a frown before his eyes narrowed, making me frown.
