"Hello again...! Umm, thanks nga pala sa shirt... Lalabhan ko muna bago ko isoli... And again pasensiya na sa abala...!" Sabi ni Richard Kay Dei...
"Sa iyo na lang yan! I have that shirt too, pink nga lang... Anyways, pasensiya ka na Kay Matti ha?" Dei said..
"Sus, wala yun no! Sanay ako sa mga baby...!" Richard said...
"Bakit may anak ka na?" Valeen said out of nowhere...
"Anong anak? Uyyy! Over thinker? Mamaya maniwala sa iyo si Dei e! Girlfriend nga wala, asawa at anak pa Kaya?" Richard said...
"Malay natin malikot ka sa aparato mo?" Valeen said again... She knows naman na wala pero natatawa siya dahil namumula ang dalawa!
"Hoyyy! One woman man ako! At never pa akong tumawid sa ganung sitwasyon!" Richard said...
"So Ibig mong sabihin...!" Valeen teased Richard mercilessly...
"Oo na! Oo na! Tumigil ka lang!" Richard said with conviction pero lahat ng parts ng katawan from head to foot pulang-pula...
"Valeen, I heard you are venturing into a sensitive topic, stop that! I don't want a conversation like that at baka magka-idea ang bunso ko!" Teodoro reprimanded Valeen... Nagulat sila dahil narinig sila ni Teodoro...
"Opo, Tito! Sorry poh...! Hindi na po mauulit!" Valeen said na hiyang-hiya...
"Tatay! Nakakagulat ka naman po? Teka, bakit po kayo may dalang baso ng tubig?" Dei said kahit pulang-pula pa din, pinipilit ibahin ang usapan...
"Si Nanay anak, medyo sumakit ang ulo sa init ng biyahe kanina Kaya paiinin ko muna ng gamot at baka magkasakit e...!" Tatay explained to Dei...
"Sana tinawagan na lang po ninyo ako sa phone para hindi na kayo napagod...!" Sabi ni Dei...
"Hindi OK lang, mabuti nga bumaba ako e!" Sabay sabi ni Tatay Teodoro ng makahulugan...
"Tatay???!!" Dei said in a malambing way...
"Dei???!!!" Tatay answered back...
"Sige na po, akyat na Kay Nanay... Sige ka Pag nagkasakit yun stuck ka ulit dito sa house ng ilang araw... Mawawala na naman ang tulog ninyo! Tapos mapapa...!" Dei said in a teasing to voice...
"Oo na! Oo na! O siya aakyat na ako! At yung sinabi ko ha? Bawal harot!" Tatay said before going up...
"Hay naku, Dei! Natakot ako Kay Tatay ha?" Valeen said...
"Yan ang napala mo! Wala kang filter e!" Pang-aasar ni Dei Kay Valeen... Anyways, its only 2pm... What do you suggest we do? I will be starting the dinner pa mga 5pm...!" Dei suggested...
"Let's watch movie na lang, pwede ba yun, Menggay?" Valeen suggested...
"Pwede naman wag lang nakakatakot! Makakasapak na talaga ako!" Dei said while walking towards their living room...
"You choose na lang we have all the latest, browse nyo na lang yung mga CD... I will just go to the kitchen to concoct us something to pig out... Any preferences?" Dei said...
"Popcorn... Sour cream...!" Jerald said...
"OK, got it... By the way, will you all be fine if I leave you for sometime, I am craving for frappe so I will just drive over to Starbucks? I will order for you na din, guys!" Dei said...
"Ummm, samahan na kita and ako na lang mag-drive...!" Richard offered to drive her...
"Oo nga, Dei! Kasi hindi pa magluluto ka pa mamaya baka mapagod ka...!" Jerald backed up Richard...
"Sigurado ka ba na OK lang?" Dei asked Richard...
"Oo naman... I offered...!" Richard said...
"OK, let's go!" And before she went outside grabbed her yellow key holder and her wallet...
Outside, he got to her car first and opened the shotgun seat for her before settling himself at the driver's seat...
"Tara na? Settled ka na?" Richard asked before he started the car... She pressed a button on her keyholder and the gate opened up... After 15 minutes of driving  through her direction we reached a gasoline station that has Starbucks branch... She went down without waiting for me to open the door for her... She went inside the Starbucks with me...
"Hello, Ms. Maine... Been a while... Same?" The crew asked him...
"Same for me and how about you Richard?" She asked me...
"Cafe Americano...!" I said...
"Narinig mo yun, Pao?" Dei said...
"Yap! It will be ready in 15 minutes...!" Pao said...
"Hey, no rush... I will need to check something pa naman e... So see you later...!" Dei said...
"Richard, do you want to stay here or do you want to come with me? Medyo mainit sa labas...!" Dei asked her..." Ay no na lang, dito ka na lang... Baka mainitan ka!" Dei said and was about to get out the establishment...
"Dei, sasama ako!" I said pulling he hands gently...
"OK, then let's go!" She said while pulling her hands back and with a pink tinge on her face...
She walked towards the office and opened the door...
"Ate P, kumusta kayo?" Dei greeted them...
"Uyyy! Bunso, andito ka pala... Hindi ka nakauwi last weekend ah!" Ate P said...
"Oo, nag mini vacation with friends... Nga pala everyone, I want you to meet Richard, a friend... Richard, this is Ate P, Ate Rubz and Ate Julz... Sila ang mga office girls...!" Dei introduced us...
"Ummm, hello poh!" Richard said and extended his hand for a handshakes...
"Uyyy, guwapo!" Sabi ni Ate Rubz...
"Oo nga! Baka naman...!" Ate Julz said...
"Okay, Umm, Richard... Dito ka muna ha? May i-check lang ako sa labas... Mababait sila, don't worry...!" Dei said...
"Oo nga, Richard dito ka muna... Kwentuhan ka muna namin tungkol diyan Kay bunso!" Ate Rubz said...
"Po? E kasi po gus--!" Richard is about to protest pero he was trapped when Ate P said stay...
"Okay! It will take me about 15 minutes... Just need to check on something...!" Dei said and she went out right away...
"Ummm, saan po pupunta si Dei?" Tanong ni Richard...
"Titingnan lang niya yung customer made na sasakyan niya diyan sa machine shop...!" Ate P said...
"Huh? May kotse na po siya db?" Richard said...
"Oo, Kaya lang magpapalit na siya... Hand me down kasi yun galing Kay Nico and since graduating na siya, her parents allowed her to loan a car and it was delivered last week pa! Pero may revision siya sa setup ng car... Yung former niya si Dean na ang gagamit nun...!" Kuwento ni Ate Rubz...
"Ummm, ganun pala! Ang yaman pala talaga nila... Nakakagulat kasi napakasimple lang ni Dei...!" Richard said na parang nalungkot...
"Alam mo, isa lang ang sasabihin ko sa iyo... Ang pamilya nila mababait, hindi matapobre at never nanliit ng tao but one important thing that matters to them when it comes to our princess is if the guy truly loves her... Other than that, minor na yung ibang requirements...!" Ate Julz said...
"Pero malupit sila Pag nalaman bilang niloloko lang sila... You will wish na Sana hindi ka na lumapit sa kanila... Alam mo na ba yung nanloko Kay Dei? Hindi nila ginantihan yun physically pero they reap their wrath... He was only allowed to enroll on prestigious schools only, e medyo hindi kaya ng pamilya Kaya they did public apology in behalf of that guy...
They removed the ban right away kasi naawa din sila sa parents ng binata Kaya lang after two years, so it took him six years before he finished high school...!" Ate P said...
"Mabait sila and never mong mafeel na nilalait ka nila... Wag mo lang silang lolokohin... Ibang usapan na yun...!" Ate Julz warned...
"I have no desire na lokohin lang si Dei... And I want to prove that in whatever way I can... If there is a person who deserve pure and unadulterated love, its Dei...!" He said with all sincerity from his heart...
And a clap was their answer to him... Dei came back after 15 minutes and she seemed contented... They went back to Starbucks after saying goodbye to everyone in the office... And went back to Dei's home after... The enjoyed the movie Chances Are and discussed some parts of it... Time's a passing and it was already 5pm and time for Dei's to prepare the dinner... The group decided to help her and was successful in preparing a very nice set of dish... The dinner came off without a hitch and Valeen decided to go back to Manila that night to escort the gentlemen...
Richard was very glad that the whole time he was at Mendoza's home he was never felt odd... They showed that he is really welcome... And not once that they insinuate anything about their wealth... Or about his "economic status" instead they got interested when they learned that his family has restaurant and promise for a visit one day... And he is definitely looking forward to that... He them decided to send Dei a message... His second after he informed her that they are already at their flat...
"By the way, thank you accommodating us at a short notice... Nag-enjoy ako!"

"Enjoy ba yung na-grill ka ng wala sa oras or yung naihian ka ni Matti?"

"Sus, wala yun! I did answer all their questions kasi wala akong tinatago sa iyo! This is me... And please believe me, I truly enjoyed it...!"

"Oo na naniniwala na po... And thank you din for putting up with them... Tame pa sila nun... Mas lalala pa pag masyadong pinagbibigyan!"

"Don't worry about me, Kaya ko! Kaya ko para sa iyo!"

"Aysus! Yan tayo e! Masyado mo ginagalingan yang mga pick up lines na yan e...!"

"Mas lalo ko gagalingan kung may epekto sa iyo! Hahaha... Kasi mukhang wala e...!"

"Uyyy, fishing for compliments ka naman... Matulog ka na! Kulang lang sa tulog yan!"

"Uyyy, iwas ang magandang ale... Anyways, totoo naman e... Hahaha...!"

"Pssh... Tulog na pagod ka rin I'm sure dahil malayo din ang Bulacan ha? Goodnight...!"

"Oo nga pala dapat ka na matulog ng maaga kasi mag drive ka bukas... Goodnight... And Dei... Dream of me... ONLY ME...!"

And both of them sleep with a bright smile on their face...
