~Chapter One~

I still can't believe that she's gone. My mother... She's been dead for two months now. Though, it still feels like yesterday. Tears came to my eyes, while thinking about that dreaded day.

While deep in my thoughts, I heard a knock on my room door. This brought me back to reality.

"Hello? Who is it?" I asked.

"It's your dad."

I sighed, before going to the door, and, opening it. There, revealed my dad.

"What?" I asked, for, my dad normally doesn't get home this early.

"We're moving."

"What!? Why!?"

"I am engaged to someone."

"You're replacing mom?!"

"What? No! No one could replace Melissa. But, you still need a mothering figure. And, I think Emily will do just nicely."

I sighed, for I knew that my dad was just trying to help. But, still... It's going to be hard, to think of another woman as my mother. But, if my dad's going to do all of this, to help me, I guess I can try to help my dad.

"Okay. When do we move?

"In about a month. That should be enough time to get everything packed, and, spend some time with your friends, before we move, right?"

"Yeah. A month's perfect."

My dad smiled. And, so did I.

"Great. And, there's one thing you should know."

"What?"

"Emily has five sons."

"That's... Great! I've always wanted to have brothers. Are they around my age?"

"I believe they are."

"Perfect!"

"I'm glad you're looking more towards the bright side of things. Well, I must go finish dinner. Be down in thirty minutes, okay?"

"Okay."

My dad hugged me, before leaving. After my dad left, I turned to my window, and, looked out at the white fluffy clouds. It's hard to believe that after my last month of summer, I'll be moving. And, even better, I'll soon have not one brother, but, five brothers! How cool is that? I wonder what they'll be like. Mother, if you're watching over me, are you mad with me being excited? I hope not.

Well, might as well tell my friends all the big news. I pulled out my phone, and, started to text all my friends. I wonder what's in store for me, with my new family, and, new life. 

Yay! New story! I'm really excited for this story. For once, I'm not going to write chapters ahead, like I normally do. So, if you ever have suggestions, feel free to request them. Doesn't mean I'll do it. But, it may give me some inspiration. Anyway, here's some pictures of the yanderes:
