Avery POV

"You are always weird!" Erza slammed her hands against my desk.

I trembled staring at her.

"You are so pathetic" she glared at me.

"Hey stop troubling our sis!" Adam and Aaron folded their arms.

"Geez...your sister is frightened by anything" she walked out of the classroom.

I held my chest tightly.

"Avery...." Adam sighed.

"You need to kick her ass" Aaron eyes shun and his nails sharpened.

"Remember mom and dad said we can't show our powers" I sighed.

"Come on they don't need to know, I'm getting sick of that human" he said angrily.

Adam held his arm.

"I don't want you guys taken away" he sighed.

"But you have the same thing but...you don't have the ears" I smiled nervously.

He sharpened his nails.

"Dad and mom still thinks I'm fully human and it has to stay that way" he looked at his hands.

"But-"

"I don't want them to worry about another child to try to fit in society" he said coldly.

I sighed folding my arms.

"Guys...we can't show our powers got it?" he looked at us seriously.

"Yes Adam" Aaron and I glared at him.

He took out a orange bow for me.

"That one is getting worn out" he smiled nervously looking at my black bow.

"Orange! My favorite" I smiled.

Harry sighed entering my classroom.

"Harry?!" I blushed.

Adam and Aaron smirked at me.

"We need to go home, I need to help Martin with some documents," he patted my head.

"Izzy is at a party" he shook his head.

"I hope she doesn't get drunk again" I smiled nervously.

"She's going to be definitely be drunk" he slapped his forehead.

I had a motivation to go to school because of Daisy. I purred watching her hang out with her friends.

She makes friends so easily....

I sighed touching my ears.

"If only I was a bit normal like Adam" I spoke to myself.

"Who's Adam?" one of her friends frightened me.

I screamed and hid behind Daisy.

"Alexia that wasn't nice" she sighed.

"She's so cute!" Alexia screamed.

Daisy's other friend folded her arms ignoring me.

I guess I'm a nuisance to them...

My ears drooped but luckily my bow his them.

"Hey Avery do you want to hang out with us at the mall tomorrow?" Daisy smiled.

"Sure!" I smiled.

"Bring money so I can rob you" Alexia smiled evilly.

I trembled as she came closer.

"Alexia!" Daisy's friend grabbed Alexia by the collar.

"I'm...Rika but....Ri is fine" she sighed.

I smiled while my ears moved rapidly.

"What's with your bow?" she smiled nervously.

"Stupid wind" I smiled nervously.

"See you tomorrow" they smiled waving at me.

Harry was on one of the school benches.

"I got friends Harry!" I hugged him.

"Avery I was in my comfort zone" he sighed.

My ears drooped looking at him.

"But...that's nice" he smiled nervously.

"I'm going to a mall tomorrow with them!" I cuddled him.

"You are so happy" he laughed.

"Of course I am, mom told me getting friends are nice but I didn't know this feeling!"

"But aren't I your friend?" he smirked going closer to me.

"Pfft....you know what I mean" I smiled nervously trying to get further from him.

He's like your brother Avery!

He placed me against a wall.

"You seriously need to stop blushing I was just taking these off you" he laughed taking off mango blossoms out of my hair.

"Yeah stupid me!" I laughed nervously.

"You are so cute when you take things wrong" he continued laughing.

"Well.....I'm going home" I stamped my foot.

I walked off angrily.

"Wait I should be going with you!" he ran after me.
