I saw your scars today
But I didn't know what to say
I was scared of sounding
Like a hypocrite
But what if you go
And kill yourself tonight?
What if you knew
That someone cared?
What if I wasn't
So darn scared?
Because what if I
Say too much?
And what if it's
Just not enough?
But, what if my words
Could've saved you?
What if you knew
That someone loved you?
What if I say something
Before it's too late?
Will you still go, or
Will you decide to wait?
