I don't own any of the Hunger Games characters, Suzanne Collins does.

Peeta

I slam the door in front of Katniss's house. I know I shouldn't have brought up her sister, especially like that, but I just need Katniss back. She was always the stronger one and now she won't even speak to anyone. She won't speak to me.

Once I get outside I see the primrose bush I planted, sprouting from the ground. They are turning a little brown, though, so I decide to grab the rusty old watering can from my porch.

Once I get back, I fill the bucket with water and started pouring it slowly on top of the flowers.

Then I hear a scream come from Katniss's house. I drop the watering can, ignoring the water that seeps out of it, quickly getting soaked up by the ground.

Another scream, two more, and then crying. I through the door open and shut it tight behind me. "Katniss?!" I yell, frantically glancing around the room.

I walk into the livingroom, and see her thrashing around on the couch. "Katniss!" I call, and kneel down beside her.

"Nooo!" she screams and covers her ears. "Prim!"

Then she cries uncontrollablt for a few minutes. I try shaking her awake but it just makes her tremble more. "Katniss..." I say softly, putting my hand on her cheek.

She cries out one more time. "Katniss!! Katniss!!" I say firmly. She usually wakes up by now. She opens her eyes and sits up quickly. "Peeta...Peeta, I..." She trembles. "Shhh...shhhh...it was a dream." I hum. She nods and buries her face in my shoulder. I wrap my arms around her and rock back and forth.

"Will you stay with me?" she asks. She is so quiet, I almost don't hear her. I know my answer right away.

"Always..." I say.

Later on, Katniss is upstairs, in her bedroom. I convinced her to go up and try to sleep about a half hour ago. Although, I doubt she's actually sleeping.

I'm trying to find something on the television Katniss has. I can't find anything though so I decide to bake her something for when she wakes up.

When I put the bread in the oven, I pull out the plant book that Katniss' father had made.

I start drawing pictures of the primrose flowers outside. I try thinking of something else, but I don't know what else to do. I pull out a canvas and paint brushes.

I dip the brush in yellow paint and start to lightly stroke the canvas with it. I start to make a face. I originally wanted it to be Katniss, but it ends up being Prim instead. I draw Prim's two golden braids and big blue eyes that were so similar to a deer's, size wise.

I paint in a background. One that's beautiful, and flourished, and green; something peaceful, perfect for Prim. I paint a flower pinned in her hair and her bright smile.

When it's  finished I lay the painting on the dresser in front of Katniss's bed so she would see it when she wakes up.

When I go back downstairs, the bread is finished baking. I pull it out and set it on a plate on the counter.

I take out a piece of paper and write the word always in light print. I put it next to the bread and go outside.

Well, it was short and sorry about that. Hope your enjoying it! I don't think it was a very good chapter, but I'm not that good with Peeta.
