My name is Katniss Everdeen. I am eighteen years old. I survived The Hunger Games twice. Peeta was hijacked. He was rescued and he's fighting to return to his old self. I led the revolution that led to the fall of President Snow. Snow. Snow is dead. Coin is dead. Boggs is dead. Finnick is dead. Prim is dead. Everyone is dead and it's my fault. It's my fault. __ Even though the Hunger Games are gone, reduced to the hauntingly horrifying memory of those who took place in it, the demons of Katniss Everdeen's past loom over her, with her wherever she goes. Though she will learn to cope with her losses with the help of Peeta Mellark, whom she holds closely to her heart. Together, the two will help each other to become new people and start their lives again, braving all of the new horrors and setbacks to come with the other by their side. ~There are much worse games to play~ I don't own The Hunger Games. Minerva snow is the last of president snows family that still lives. She could have had anything in the world but instead she spends her time in her archive. Her library filled with books, films and music from hundreds of years ago. Books that spoke of magic, dystopian futures not that different to her own and the hard truth of the times and places in which they where written. These story's became her life's work. Her aim was to make them available to all in any district. Then the districts of Panam rose up against her grandfather and the capital and her world turned upside down. Her story starts just before the president is captured. I am writing this for fun and if any readers find it and enjoy it it will make it even more worth while. Thanks! :) The idea of the hunger games and some characters in this fanfic belong to Susan Collins but the rest of the characters have been made up by me. Also any books,films and music mentioned belong to there authors/directors/artists and I will list them at the bottom of each chapter.
