“SLOW DOWN, LUKE!! Jeez!” Calum shouted as he was seated on the front passenger’s seat. Me, Ashton and Helen at the back, chilling, Luke’s not a bad driver he just hits the break so hard that makes us all nervous. He’s a work in process.

“Can you calm down? I know what I’m doing!” Luke shouted back,

They’re like a couple; I don’t know sometimes I envy them. This is just so weird.

Ashton can’t stop laughing at them; Helen keeps on swearing every time Luke hits the breaks.

“Babe, you okay?” Luke asked me, checking me out if I’m still alive

“Still in one piece, Luke” I teased,

“Can I drive now?” Ashton asked,

“That would be a great idea!!” Calum snaps

“Shut up! C’mon! We’re half way there!!” Luke hissed

I laughed so hard, “This isn’t even the way to Ronnie’s house” I chuckled

“Are you kidding me? We’re going ‘round in circles with a terrible driver!” Calum exclaimed,

“Fuck off! I’m driving! I can do this!” Luke replied a bit tensed,

“I know this way! Just go ‘round that block and we turn to the right and we can see Ronnie’s house from there!” Helen exclaimed,

Luke did what he was told to and then after a few moments we were strolling around Ronnie’s street.

“That one! That’s her house!” I pointed at the right,

Luke didn’t say a word and tried parking the car just around the corner,

He was pulling the hand break but he can’t,

“Hey Cal! Help me with this!” He exclaimed,

“Oh so now you need me?” Cal hissed back,

“C’mon, mate! Just do it so we can all get out of the car!” Ashton butted in,

Cal groaned and helped Luke with the hand break,

“Seriously Myle, you need a new car!” Cal joked,

“What are those biceps for if you don’t use ‘em? Get your backs into it!” I ordered mocking him,

Helen just giggled and whispered “He’s just showing those biceps off but it’s really no use”

I laughed at what she just said,

“I heard that” Calum exclaimed,

After a few moments Cal and Luke pulled the hand break and we all got out of the car.

Helen ran her way to Ronnie’s doorstep leaving us behind, Luke walked beside me holding my hands finger intertwined,

“RONNIE!! RONNIE!!” Helen shouted,

“You can use the doorbell Helbel!” I exclaimed,

“I did! Gazillion of times! But, no one’s answering”

“Maybe no one’s home?” Calum butted in,

“Impossible! Ronnie doesn’t get up before noon” Helen answered,

“Wait! I’ll ring her!” I exclaimed reaching my phone inside my pocket,

After a few moments I give up, “UGH! It just goes straight to her voicemails”

“Did ya try opening the door?” Luke asked,

Helen shook her head, I walked towards her and twisted the brass knob, it opened.
