Hmm, as we all know Weiss has been imprisoned by her Father at Atlas and is also under the protection of certainties by General Ironwood.
Her Father wants her to sing for charity and so she does but then suddenly ends up breaking her family's image. A little bit, thus making her Father mad.

Apparently the statement above is naturally in us right now. She has stated it since the start of RWBY and she is in fact one of the advisers of it probably- being a register as always I guess, was it?
Honestly, If I was to be asked which character I would be having the most "resemblance" is Weiss. I don't think I need to explain though as said at above-the quote.
